7 days with no housekeeping service. Should be getting a refund!! Good luck to me. Rooms need updating badly. Torn curtains, stained couch. Dogs barking at 6:00 a.m. Not recommended..

Decent property but aspects of the room required maintenance; peeling wallpaper, old furniture, old appliances, etc. Very noisy in area; even being on top floor of building it remained kind of noisy.

The staff was Great! Very helpful and friendly. Loved the view of the canal. The pool is very very small. Everything is outdated. There was black mold around the tub and faucet. Lots of cracks on the bathroom wall. And I paid extra for breakfast but they don't have breakfast & no refund for paying for breakfast. But overall it was a good stay and staff was great

Overall the hotel was felt safe, clean and convenient but still away from the hubbub of Waikiki. The staff were all friendly, helpful and aways available when needed. The appointments and decorations all look a bit worn but always very clean. I could not use the pillows in the room which were all stiff foam pillows. My main complaint, though, was with the extra "Service Fee" that I didnʻt expect and was tacked on to the bill at the end. These hidden extra fees really bother me and is why I probably will not use this hotel again.

The hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big with lots of sleep area for our party. There was a microwave and little fridge. The sink came in handy. There was also dishes and utensils but we didn't use them. I didn't like that the carpet was not clean and we didnt have daily maid service. I would recommend that the hotel upkeep the cleanliness of the rooms. I would love to return to this hotel

This was our second time staying at Aqua Aloha Surf, while the building is older and needs a little TLC, it is in the perfect area , very close to beach . It is kept very clean and Staff are wonderful! A thank you to Kalei who helped us overcome a glitch at check in , he was wonderful in getting us checked in!

Nice place to stay. Not too far from the Waikiki beach. As many hotels in this area, they are built 1970…80 and somehow needs refreshment… Otherwise nice place, nice area and don’t forget, it is Hawaii, enjoy it;)
