The room was so old and dirty , but I think you get what you are paying for. Small print also the resort fee that its ridiculous if we take in consideration that 1 elevator is been down for months, 2 start cuz we save in bottles of water they have purified water for the guest and ice but I won't go back to that hotel

One of the very best hotels I've stayed at in Waikiki for this price! The view from our 15th floor room was great. Helpful staff. Very clean. Nice bright lobby and excellent location - walk to everything in Waikiki. The pool is a bit small - but nice - but no need because the beach is only 3-4 blocks away. If they had a cheap Kama'aina parking rate I'd stay more often!!

I got the basic room and it was decent for what it was. Waikiki can be expensive but I think this place is definitely overpriced. You pay resort prices for a motel inn basically. Staff is nice and friendly and it’s a good location. Overall it’s a nice place but too expensive for what it is

The room was quite dirty, particularly the bathroom. There was hair all over the shower walls and dirt on the floor. The room itself was falling apart with wallpaper coming off and water damage. I asked the front desk to have someone and reclean the bathroom, when I returned it was still dirty. The staff is generally pretty unfriendly, they don't say hello or look up from their computers to acknowledge you until you say excuse me, or hello to get their attention. You'll also pay hotel fees on top of the room rate which is an additional $35 per day. I asked what this covers because there are very few amenities, they listed out very basic hotel services like fresh towels and access to the tiny pool. Parking is also extra, it all adds up to be very close to the same cost as a much nicer hotel. Don't bother with this one!

The staff and hotel are run diwn. While the housekeeping ataff was very helpful and friensly, everyone i I encountered at the front desk was not. My room was spacious and run down. Wallpaper qas pealing off in the bathroom, broken tiles jn the shower, rygs clearly needed cleaning/replacing and both matresses needed replacing...same with the pullows. To top it off they are doing maintenence (till April) to 1 of 2 elevators so each time trip took on avg 10 min of waiting time to/from the 9th floor, so be prepared! P.S. Parking (both lots) suck getting in and put of.

Our stay was just ok. Our family was vacationing there for a week. Our 2 rooms were supposed to be nearby each other, according to the manager there… our sons’ room got checked in a bit earlier and our room, the next door ( the paper was already set and ready for us to be checked in after 3pm since it was not ready earlier. They said that they would text us when our room is ready, but they did not. When we came back around 4 pm, the manager told the other staff that he got our check-in paper ready already, but the lady staff said she gave the room away to another couple who was checking in right before us!! Interesting!! So they got to find us another room somewhere, ends up in another floor, but with a two smaller beds instead of 1 king bed per our request!! We don’t want to sleep on separate beds, especially if we are on vacation!! So two of us got sweezed in a small full size bed for two days before they could find another room with a king bed! On another floor of course!! So we got to pack up and move. There were 2 elevators installed, but one was out of service, not sure since when, so the stair was being used a lot, especially when we are on the 10th and 14th!! It took a very long time to get the elevator to our room or to downstairs!! The extra daily service fee was kind of crazy. A lot of the basic tasks on the list were always part of the hotel services in the past or elsewhere… but now we have to pay for them separately, at a very basic and old hotel.

The night we checked in the man behind the counter was rude and not helpful. But other staff members throughout our stay were fine. The hotel is run down and is in need of massive upgrades. The room we paid for was the superior room and it wasn’t that at all. It was more like a dorm room. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the main room, the drapes were dirty, the bathroom was falling apart! Dirty walls, Sheet rock coming of the corner of the shower, room color was a light teal but someone spot paint dark teal. The room was suppose to have a small kitchen area and it did not. Last the only working elevator took so long to transport people.

Had everything we needed, sometimes the wait for the one elevator (other one under construction) was several minutes but it was okay. Location is prime and close to everything!

The room was small and smelled musty when we walked in. There was an additional facilities charge per day of $30+. The final piece was one of two elevators was being upgraded. Who decides the best time to upgrade the elevator is at peak season when you have one elevator for 16 floors of rooms? Not a stellar experience.

The room was great. It's definitely not beach front, but the beach is close along with anything else you'd need. Staff was great and we were happy they loaned us towels and beach chairs.

The absolute best! Staff are very friendly and everything is pretty much walking distance. And they let you rent dvds, beach towels etc. Overall 10/10 experience would highly recommend!

The place was a dump. Lance the night desk Manager needs to go to Dale Carnegie training. On check in we were assigned a lesser room than we paid for. It had less than a full sized bed rather than the queen we had reserved. We were told it was all they had. They did manage to cram a roll away into the room. Fortunately, they were able to change our room in the morning to what we reserved. It is a big building and only one elevator was working. The other has apparently been closed for some time: under renovation. We are thrifty by nature often willing to trade price for sparkle, but this place tested us. Peeling water stained wallpaper throughout. Generally dingy. Not a pleasant place. No we will not stay there again and we do expect compensation for the left over “ room closet” they put us in the first night.
