Renovations in the lobby are happening but the rooms are newly renovated and are stunning. Best views on earth. Restaurant is pricy but great food. Good fishing from the beach. Watched sea otters play from our room.

I stayed in a renovated room first. It was beautiful, clean and modern. Moved to a smaller room which was waiting to be renovated. Ugh. Old, stuffy and, to be kind full of character (?). Stay in the renovated rooms and you'll be happy. Not worth the money to stay in the old rooms. Cleaning service was never done even though requested multiple times. They ignore the old rooms.

Location is hands down the best in Homer. Stayed in an economy room but watching the fishing and other boats in action, the wildlife, and the beautiful view was a priceless experience...even if one of us slept on the trundle. Book earlier than we did! Would rate higher but things like missing a chair on the balcony and not being told how the amenities on the property worked at check in was a.little irritating. I did report the missing chair but a replacement was not offered. They were short staffed and there is construction going on but noise was never an issue. Soaking in the hot tub overlooking the mountains and water was an unexpected bonus-you have to reserve a time. Also pretty easy access to the strip of stores and dining.

Really expensive for what you get. Old. Musty. Tiny rooms and that was deluxe! Going through remodel, too. You have to reserve the pool and sauna in a 45 minute increment. Way too expensive for what you get.

Amazing location. Our luxury room was great. The lobby is outdated and there is construction going on in and around it and the hot tub area, which is unsightly and detracts from the views. Hopefully they can finish soon.

The room was clean and easy access from parking lot. 2 queen beds very comfortable. Loved being able to sit on comfy chairs in our room and balcony and watch the fishing boats and sea otters in the bay. Disappointed in service… maids never brought fresh towels, made beds or replenished toiletries even when I put a “please clean room” sign on our door…. This was a 3 night stay! Did not use hot tub or sauna. Dining options available but only used breakfast buffet one morning.
