Our weeks vaca

We enjoyed our time on the beach and the location of the house. Just a few things-the microwave was nasty when we arrived, there was a pill and a TON of sand in the bed rail of the master bedroom, the a/c didn't work in the other bedroom (even with 2 portable fans going it was still super hot), there was a dead cockroach under the kitchen sink, and the trash wasn't picked up either day that trash pickup is. This wouldn't have been a problem but when we arrived the trash can was already full. I did reach out to the rental property and they sent someone out to get it. When paying the cleaning fee we are charged I would expect it to be much cleaner than it was.

Location Location Location…! Beyond fabulous

Your home is sooo close to the beach that we could walk there for a quick look at the surf or stay a longer time and ALWAYS return for sunset..! Your landscaping and pool services were always courteous and did a fabulous job keeping the yard beautiful and relaxing..! To skim off palm fronds we would have appreciated having a net to keep the pool gleaming..! We would have loved to see what pool and garden lighting would have done in the backyard..! Please consider adding these at it would certainly enhance the serenity!! Also adding more lights in the Main bedroom ( possibly on the overhead fan) and living spaces would be appreciated.

Short walk to the beach

Location was perfect. The house is in need of updating and supplies/items. One cereal spoon (plenty of large ones though) in the drawer, 2 garbage bags for the whole week. It was my 3rd trip to AMI and the other 2 rentals provided much more. Overall, it was fine. We came for the beach.

Privacy and then some!

Having the property 1 street back to walk to the beach for morning walks or to see the sunset was what we asked for in the experience. The private pool was perfection and where we spent most of the time when not at one of the beaches. Would like to see full set of silver ware and plates. Also the AC although cools very well, makes a loud noise every time it turns on but only when it turns on. Sometimes it is a nuisance during the night. I would recommend the indoor unit to be serviced or replaced. If we decide to go back to Ana Maria we will for sure see if this place is able to reserve for our dates.

Great spot close to the beach! A bit minimally stocked, but overall was great

We had a great stay here with our family (adults and small children). Great location - short walk to the beach and great pool. The pool was shaded the whole day FYI (although trees were beautiful). The place is perfect for a family trip. It could have been stocked better and had more bedding / blanket / pillow offerings, but other than that we had a great stay!

Great location, but needs a little TLC.

Location of property to the beach was great and having a private pool was fantastic! The house was a bit dated and could use some TLC . The beds were not comfortable and some of the smaller appliances were outdated. The 2nd bedroom did not get cool and there is a huge crack in the floor. The couch felt like there was sand all over it. Also, could have supplied more necessities such as garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Not a bad stay, just could use a little more upkeep.

Fun staying a charming house.

We really enjoyed our stay and the management firm was quick to respond to our needs. HVAC system takes some basic knowledge to operate with three different systems. The pool heater locks out on "no flow" twice during our visit. The lighting was dim for us old folks. But that said, we would rent Aggies Treasure again! The location, charm, and pool made our stay!

Nice place, needs some care

We enjoyed our stay here. Even though it was not the best weather, we were able to use the heated pool that my kids loved. Backyard was definitely the highlight. The inside was plenty of room for my family of 4 but it could use some TLC. For instance, the windows wouldn't open (were operable but old) and we called the management company to inquire, they said they would send over maintenance but never did. Also my 2 year old opened a door to a closet off the kitchen and there were just shards of glass and pieces of tile all over the floor. Paint chipping off tile/tub, which is also a problem with small kids. Little things that added up and made staying here with curious children less than ideal. Location was good though, easy walk to the beach.

Wonderful!

We had a relaxing and wonderful stay at Aggie's Treasure. The proximity to the beach and trolley were key for us and it was perfect. The absolute only problem we had was the amount of hot water available for showers. We needed to time them carefully. Would still definitely stay here again!

Overall very happy with our stay, the rooms and beds are comfortable, just a minor detail, it would have been great to have some more glassware and dinnerware as well as an outside shower in the backyard by the pool. But overall great stay...
