Excellent Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was really nice and exactly as advertised. It fit my wife and I and our two older kids very comfortably. We enjoyed the pool and deck when we weren’t hanging out at the beach. We walked to dinner every night and the beach was closer than we expected. Would stay here again 100%.

Great location. House was clean and pool was nice. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach restaurants and ice cream. Nice family vacation would stay here again no concerns at all.

Great location, very clean. Management was very responsive when needed. Pool maintenance is terrible, never vacuumed. Deck is dangerous due to sinking, splintered wood,and extreme heat burns your feet.

Location was great!! Within minutes walk to beach. Love the pool And didn’t have to share with others. The hot tub was great once they came Out to show us how to turn it on. Should have this in their booklet. House layout was amazing. Only suggestions to add more pots, pans and utensils to cook with. Had a pool maintenance guy at our house late at night 930 ish to clean the pool.very unexpected visitor with a young baby.

Wonderful beach trip

We had a wonderful time staying here. Short walk (< 5 min) to the beautiful Holmes beach, fun pool for the kids to play in, and a very safe beach neighborhood to go on a morning run. Lots of family memories were made on this trip!

Our First Time to AMI

We stayed at the Beach Dream Cottage, this is a beautiful property, it fit our family of 6 perfectly. Loved the private pool area, and short walk to the beautiful beach. Check in/out was super easy, and property management company kept in touch via text and answered any questions we had quickly. Beach towels were provided and the property had a washer and dryer, that was a nice plus. The property owner checked on us and delivered a brand new gas grill too! I would definitely recommend this property it had a good central location on the island and was private and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back to AMI !!!

This house was great for our 2 adults and 3 children. Easy walk to the beach and close drive to local restaurants which were all delicious. About 35 minutes without traffic from the Sarasota airport.

Perfect!

Everything was clean and nice! Host was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Pool was perfect temperature and nice that it had a table in it for playing cards. It was chilly a few days we were there so the hot tub was a perfect addition! Would definitely come back! House was walking distance to the beach, little shops, restaurants, coffee and a few bars. Great location.

We've stayed at a few different properties on the island now, all of them have their own perks. The location of this home to the beach was just a few minute walk and general island location was good - easy to get to our favorite restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Location, location, location

I’ve walked by this rental many a times during previous stays…Prime location for just a very short 2-3 min walk to beach entrance, pool refreshing and amenities (grill, bikes and selection of chairs!) were perfect. Visited all our favorite restaurants (except sorry to find out Mr Bones owners retired…everyone deserves a happy ending 😉). The only thing we were disappointed in was no instructions on how to make the hot tub “hot” and a quick reference to TV channels would have been handy…the family room online TV guide did not seem to pull up channels except for on demand…we typed in individually without knowing what was what so that would have been nice to have. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had great weather until our last day.

Take me back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and stay! The property was clean and everything in working order. The walk to the beach was ideal - just a block and a half away... a quick 5 minutes. The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools you could want. The grill was great to use as well! The pool was clean and private. When we couldn't figure out how to get the hot tub to heat, maintenance arrived within 15 min to quickly fix the issue for us. To our surprise, the garage was fully loaded with every beach and pool item you could want (chairs, floats, umbrellas, toys) as well as 4 adult bikes. The bikes were great for cruising the neighborhood. The location is just a couple blocks from restaurants and shops, and our kids enjoyed the local community skate park just two blocks away too. We will definitely be returning to AMI and hope to rent this property again. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to everything you could want on a beach vaca!

The house was clean, in good condition and very convenient and perfect! The pool was awesome, we spent a lot of time in both the pool and hot tub. We had an issue with the pool and someone was out to fix it within a half hour, then it was perfect! We lucked out with the weather, not a drop of rain all week, it was perfect. The beach was closer than it looked in the pictures, not a bad walk at all. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy streets. Would love to stay here agaiin!

This home was in a very convenient location! Well-appointed, decorated tastefully and very cute. The arrangement was perfect for our group (4 adults and 2 children). The kids loved the pool! The hot tub sadly was the same temp as the pool. Upon arrival, there were a few areas that hadn’t been cleaned (bedside tables had rings from glasses, hairs etc), but overall it was tidy. We had a comfortable week and would stay here again.

Perfectly located so it's not too far from any of AMI's features. Easy access to beach. Home was perfect for our family of five. Having bikes and beach gear in the garage was a huge bonus. Recommend renting a golf cart to get around on your visit.

First Time Visiting AMI

We recently stayed at the Beach Dream Cottage, which is managed by Anna Maria Island Accommodations. We were looking for a relaxing and safe place to vacation at considering the current COVID circumstances. We were so pleased with our stay at the Beach Dream Cottage. The house was clean, spacious, and modern. The design of the house was open, but still allowed for privacy and space with guests. The house was exactly as pictured and described on the listing. We were also pleasantly surprised to see how much the house came with (e.g. kitchen and cookware). A/C worked very well and the appliances were all new. There were some beach items available in the garage, but most of them were broken - that was not a big deal to us; however, some new beach chairs & umbrellas would not be a bad idea for the property rental company. The only aspect of the home that we did not like was that the master shower did not have a place to put your toiletries, so you were constantly in and out to grab shampoo, etc (one of those shower caddies could easily fix that). We did have some people staying in the house next door and you could hear them periodically, but it was nothing disruptive. Overall, we LOVED the Beach Dream Cottage and it was perfect to disconnect. Anna Maria Island Accommodations was wonderful throughout the time we were there and we would definitely rent any other properties they had available. 100% recommend!
