This cozy top half of a duplex is conveniently located right across the street from the beach, letting you hear the calming sounds of the waves. This 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage has been recently updated and is ready for you to enjoy. The fully stocked kitchen has extra bar seating so everyone can gather while you cook up todays local fresh catch. Located right in the heart of Surf City you can walk to your favorite restaurants, shops and entertainment. The Treasure Chest is loaded with all the booty you need for an amazing trip to Topsail!

Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed and Bath) are not included. Linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.

Your beach house is located approximately .5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You will be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Hidden Gem

This property was perfect for our family of 4, but could easily accommodate 6. It can sleep 8 if you pack the bunk beds because there is a double under the single bunks. The living room sofa is very comfortable and has power recliners. We loved all of the decor and beachy furniture. It really felt like a treasure chest. We did a good bit of cooking and found pretty much everything we needed to throw some meals together with plenty of counter space and a nice big dining table. There are restaurants within walking distance (10 minute walk). Be prepared to wait during peak summer season because the island gets busy with visitors. The beach access is literally across the street. It is close enough to walk back to the house and eat lunch during your beach days if you prefer to keep the sand out of your food. The master bedroom mattress was a little different than what we are used to (soft pillow top) but overall we enjoyed this location and would book again! This is the next best thing to actually staying right on the beach. 5 stars!
