We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Topsail Beach staying at Piccolo Paradiso. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. We hope to book another vacation there next summer.

Needs some TLC

The house is good size. Each guest had their own bathroom that was key. First day there was a roach problem. The ice maker had leaked and a nest developed. I called and the maintenance folks got right on it. But of course it takes a while to destroy the colony. The stairs leading up to first floor smelled like a damp basement. The house is at that tipping point where it needs small repairs . Deck Doors are cranky hard to open and shut. Wood outside railing caps are lose or just sitting on the post. The outside upper deck should always have a working umbrella for the table. Buy one or two at the end of the season on sale and replace them yearly. It’s difficult to sit out on the deck to enjoy the view in the sun. The decor is colorful and has great features. Bed are comfy. Lot and lots of kitchen gadgets and plates. Nice. Good parking. Would I choose to stay there again probably not. It’s nice but has had a good life and now needs a do over.

Roomy house right on beach

The house is well situated, close to amenities, right on beach, roomy with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plenty of furnishings and nicely decorated. Pictures are accurate. Could use a little TLC in some areas (screen doors, paint) and a bit better cleaning (we found fake fingernails in the bed and dried candy stuck to the bedding quilts) but overall we were comfortable for the week with an easy walk to the beach.
