We had an amazing time! Everything we needed was there at the house. The location is perfect and the cottage was perfect for all our needs giving the adults and the kids their own spaces. We will be back!

Great Location!

This is the third property we’ve stayed in at Surf City and it’s a wonderfully planned property with the plants and the fencing. Loved the location to restaurants. Only thing that could have made it better was a king sized bed like we are used to at home!

Fantastic stay! Great layout, a lot of thought was put into making it a great experience. Adorable, tastefully decorated, bed is VERY comfortable, loved the kitchen and watching movies in living room, very clean! The dogs loved it! Plenty of outdoor seating and nooks to read, nice, covered porches, and great lighting in living room/dining for reading, crafting, and games (I typically bring a lamp – didn’t have to use). One of the few places I’ve stayed that has a place to store groceries (empty pantry). The owner has 2 other properties I’d like to check out – but, I definitely want to stay here again!

4th at Topsail

Loved the house and location. The apartment was great for our kids and we loved being able to bring our puppy. Sharon was very helpful and reponded to our request quickly. Wonderful house and week at Topsail. I would recommend this property!

Perfect Week

Beautiful property, in a great location. I’ve stayed on Topsail many times and this was the first time being so close to the “center”. So many things to walk to from this house. And plenty of room for everybody when we wanted to be home cooling off. Hosts were super responsive to any needs/questions. Would definitely stay again!

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday here with our JRT and it was outstanding. The coziness yet ample space of the property were perfect for the 3 of us. The views of the ocean were amazing, the property is close enough to listen to the crashing waves throughout the night, and the beach access was great! Great natural light with water views throughout house. Plenty of seating inside and on the back deck and there's a small fenced in area for quick dog potty breaks. Door lock is digital which always made in/out quick; front pathway is double-door-gated so safety for dog was a plus; and the lush garden-lined pathway provided a tropical feel. Property is close to restaurants to walk and pick up takeout as well as quick drive to traffic circle to get to Publix. We'd love to return to this property and would highly recommend!

Surf City Fun

House was just as advertised! It is a cozy cottage that is clean and stylish! Lots of outdoor space and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Loved the special decoration touches and uncluttered storage spaces! We also were impressed with the fenced in yard which was perfect for our toddler and dogs. I do have to agree with another review that the mattresses were not comfortable. Maybe too new and hard? Only other suggestion is a few pots with lids and a 9 x 13 Pyrex for those who like to cook in.
