The host communicated very well and was easy to get in touch with. The house was amazing and was perfect for our trip. We had three families and there was plenty of room.

Great communication with host! House is beautiful and has everything you should need for your stay! Beds were comfy. The only thing I would suggest is instructions for working the fireplace and tv. We eventually figured it out but it took us a minute. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great house, the location is super convenient to shopping and dining in Branson (yet quiet and nicely wooded), and we had excellent support from Scott, our host. Highly recommended!

My family enjoyed the spacious clean house. The layout of the house was perfect for everyone to be able to communicate with each other wherever a person was at in the house. The kitchen was the perfect gathering place for communicating from table or from the island while cooking a meal. Plan on having another family gathering this upcoming Christmas holidays.

Excellent host and property!

This home was perfect for our trip to Missouri! We played golf both days and enjoyed chilling and hanging out. Everything was great! Host had everything set up and the home was clean and well-furnished for what we needed.

Cozy Home Away From Home

This home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. You can tell they took attention to detail when decorating to make you feel right at home. It was the perfect size for our friends - a mother and her nine children. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. A friendly member of the HOA was walking by when we were about to head out and offered to take the trash bag for us. It felt very welcoming and friendly there! We would absolutely book this home again!

Our family stay here over the weekend. Great location. Parking wasn't the best. The house was great for our family, plenty of space but the cleanliness was ok. The grill wasn't clean, the toilet in the master bath was clogged, messing lens in the lights in the livingroom, no cleaning supplies for the bathrooms or kitchen. Other than that it was great.

Lovely Property

Wonderful house with room to have meals and family time together and space to relax and decompress when needed. Relatively close to attractions, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We were sad to learn there was no xbox as listed, but other than that extremely satisfied.

A beautiful home with necessary space for all ages. It wasn’t a bad drive to SDC or Branson strip and nice to be outside of the commotion. The only thing I didn’t see was a list of instructions with trash and other check out requirements. Apart from that it was a great stay!

Comfortable house, good location!

The house overall is very nice & comfortable! We had 13 people (ages 9-78) stay for 5 nights. We enjoyed the proximity of lots of Branson activities: SDC, Table Rock Lake, Dogwood Canyon, Tanger Outlets, & Sight & Sound Theatre. We ate most of our meals at the house & found the kitchen to be adequately stocked. Unfortunately, we did arrive to find the AC not working. The house was a stuffy 78 degrees for the 1st 24 hours of our stay (thankful it was rainy & coolish for July, otherwise it would have been way worse). I did communicate with the owner upon our arrival, but he was not able to get anyone to service it until the next evening. So the stuffy house was a disappointing start and I was surprised we were not offered a discount for the 1st night. A few other minor issues/areas for improvement: -Pac-Man arcade chair was broken, the bottom ring to place your feet on is not attached which caused our kids to fall when trying to get on the chair a few times -trash cans and full length mirrors in the bedrooms would be great. With this many people staying in a house, the bathrooms are often occupied -Facial tissues would be a fantastic addition! There was not one Kleenex box in the house, this caused us to use toilet paper as a substitute & then we had to purchase additional toilet paper -the 1st sentence of the listing description says "brand new". There are reviews 2+ years old on this listing; it is far from brand new (I had noticed this, but others may not)

Great location from Branson

The location is great for the price for wanting to stay by Branson!! We never had any travel problems with traffic getting to and from Branson. We stayed for softball nationals so we were not at the house a lot but there was plenty of room for our big family and very clean and open layout! The community pool was a little crowded at times but it’s summer so not surprised there. I guess maybe one improvement would be a hot tub but that’s being very picky maybe a few up to date board games also. Other than that a very clean and very roomy family place to stay very close to the lake and Branson!!

Fun times

We had so much fun in Branson and appreciated coming home to a clean and spacious house each evening! The setting is peaceful yet conveniently located, and the community's amenities were also a nice touch.
