Very outdated property, Dirty towels bugs were in towels. Dirty carpet and very expensive because of high demand area. Guest on the above floor was very loud at 2 am. I called front desk but no good results. Don't recommend in that much. Many thanks

Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Hotvwater for tea wasn't hot, biscuits were dry. No alternative milk options. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan. Beds were comfortable and staff was attentive when we needed help with AC and TV. Hotel was ok but vastly overpriced for an outdated property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Saugatuck. Very convenient location to downtown (5 minutes) and easy to navigate check in and out. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile for guests. The room did have a musty smell requiring us to spray fabreeze constantly and you could hear people walking, talking, etc constantly as well.

Room they gave me was GROSS! Filthy! And there was a HUGE leak under the A/C that soaked the carpet! Totally unacceptable! Got a new room but not much better. Discarded trash between the bed and behind the trash can. Really?? I disinfected all surfaces and double checked for bedbugs. But was still uneasy...Would have stayed at another hotel If anything else in the area was available and affordable... This hotel totally needs a complete renovation that it hasn't had in 20+ years. Its just grimy and sad! I won't return and don't recommend.
