House Seewind Hohenfelden

Our holiday home is located at the recreational area Hohenfelden Reservoir about 6 km from the motorway exit Erfurt-Ost. The self-contained holiday home area consists of a total of 28 houses and offers peace and privacy. Newly built in 2017, this holiday home is generously sized and can sleep up to 6 people in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The house is about 50 meters from the lake. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. The storage room is a washer dryer.

Nearby you can cycle and hike. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Avenida-Therme, the area offers a variety of recreational opportunities. To the south of the lake there is a climbing forest, an adventure miniature golf course, an archery facility and a bungee trampoline. Next to the thermal bath is the public bathing beach with slide and playground, a nudist beach and a boat rental. In about 5 km away is the open-air museum Hohenfelden, a horse farm and much more. Alles Perfekt! Ein super schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht in Top Lage!

Wir haben uns als Familie mit Opa und Oma hier über Ostern ein paar schöne Tage gemacht. Das Haus empfehlen wir für einen Urlaub sehr gerne weiter. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles da, alles sauber und bequeme frische Betten. Auch gab es die ein oder andere Überraschung- ein Boot und Stand Up Board ... es steht dem Urlaub direkt am See nichts im Wege. Alles Top. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Urlaub im Haus Seewind am Stausee Hohenfelden

Wir haben als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit am Stausee Hohenfelden verbracht. Im modern eingerichteten Haus war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Aus unserer Sicht gibt es nichts, was man noch verbessern könnte. Zudem gab es ein Kanu, ein Schlauchboot und ein SUP. Zum Badesteg waren es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Nach einer Woche erfolgte ein Handtuchwechsel durch den Vermieter persönlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass die Terrasse zwischenzeitlich überdacht wurde.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Da sich das Haus in einer abgeschlossen Anlage befindet, zu der nur die Bewohner Zugang haben, ist es herrlich ruhig gelegen und somit perfekt zur Erholung. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, z.B. war in der Küche alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter versehen, so dass wir gut durchlüften konnten keine Angst vor Mücken haben mussten. Im Außenbereich kann man sich prima aufhalten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Schirm oder im Garten unter den Bäumen. Der See ist, nachdem man eine kleine Strasse überquert, über einen Steg erreichbar. Das Wasser ist herrlich natürlich.

Schönes Haus, aber nur bedingt für 6 Erwachsene geeignet

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gästecouch im 3. Schlafzimmer ist meiner Meinung nach für 2 Erwachsene zu klein und leider auch zu hart für einen angenehmen Schlaf.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein WE zu sechst in dem sehr gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Haus direkt am See verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Gegend lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Kaution wurde einbehalten obwohl uns das Haus vor Ort ohne Hinweis auf Mängel abgenommen wurde. Grund der Einbehaltung: Beschädigungen und starke Verunreinigung die uns aber erst NACH der Abnahme aufgezeigt wurden als wir schon auf dem Heimweg waren. Wenn das Reinigungspersonal nur gewöhnt ist aufzuräumen statt ordentlich zu reinigen sollte man auch keine hohe Endreinigung kassieren. Waren schon in vielen Häusern sogar direkt nebenan aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

Super gemütliches, top eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer hat quasi ein eigenes geschmackvolles farbliches Motto. Hier wurde bewusst eingerichtet und nicht das Ferienhaus als Resterampe für ausgediente Möbel genutzt. Daher macht es auch bei schlechtem Wetter Spaß am Haus zu sein, den Kaminofen anzumachen und in der Top ausgestatteten Küche etwas zu brutzeln. Die tolle Therme mit Spaßbad und ein italienisches Restaurant sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Haus war super sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir 5 Frauen haben uns total wohl gefühlt und hätten da sofort einziehen können. Nur die Kaffeetassen waren sehr sehr groß, etwas kleine würden es auch tun (grins). Der Empfang/Übergabe war sehr nett. Wenn es uns dahin nochmal verschlägt, würden wir dieses Haus sofort wieder mieten!

Alles sauber ,alles wie angegeben, im Objekt alles perfekt allerdings ist der Badestrand in der Nähe für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet, da lohnt sich ein Badeausflug zum Erfurter Nordstrand viel mehr (ca. halbe Stunde Fahrt )

Erholsamer gehts nimmer

Für uns als Wasserratten war es perfekt. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe unweit zum Zugang zum See. Die Einrichtung im Haus zweckmäßig und man muss wirklich nichts zusätzlich mitbringen. Sehr entspannend. Sehr sauber. Es liegt in einem privaten Areal, zu dem nur die Bewohner der Häuser Zutritt haben. Es geht also keiner verloren:) Sehr gerne wieder.

Das moderne Ferienhaus in Nähe zum Stausee lässt wirklich keinen Wunsch offen. Eine absolut komplette Ausstattung des Küchenbereichs, umfassende Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern, TV in allen Zimmern, draußen zeitgemäße Gartenmöbel und genügend Steckdosen. Wer, wie wir, eine angenehme zentrale Basis für Thüringen-Erkundungen gesucht hat, kann sich über einen echten Glücksgriff freuen. Gern mal wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt. Großzügige Räume, alles sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hatte gute Tipps für die Region. Der Seezugang war wie beschrieben über einen Steg lediglich ca. 30 Meter entfernt. Wir hatten viel Spaß mit Schlauchboot und Kanu, welche zum Haus gehören. Das nahe liegende "Strandbad" Hohenfelden war nicht so der Kracher. Die Gemeinde verlangt Eintritt und dann gelangt man auf eine ungepflegte Wiese und Wasserzugang über eine vernachlässigte Betonmauer...kein Sandstrand! Für die Kids war das nicht so toll, hatten wir anders erwartet...

Alles super - wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus liegt direkt am Stausee Hohenfelden und ist super schön und blitzsauber! Die Lage ist perfekt, um Weimar und Erfurt zu erkunden oder die Natur zu genießen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort und haben ein Familienwochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Größe ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern perfekt! Der Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos und die Kommunikation mit Frau Fucik hat super geklappt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei gutem Wetter bestimmt wieder. :-) Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Super schöner Kurzurlaub!

Wir,2 Familien mit 3 Kindern, haben uns in dem Haus super wohlgefühlt.Noch nie haben wir in einem Haus gewohnt,welches solch ein tolle Ausstattung hatte.In der Küche und Wohnzimmer,war wirklich jeder kleiner Alltagshelfer zu finden.Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu den Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung,gerade die abgeschlossen Anlage mit Kindern perfekt und die Lage zum See ein Traum. Ganz in der Nähe ist die Therme und auch ein sehr schöner Spielplatz. Es gibt keinen Kritikpunkt für uns,weiter so :)
