We were in room 5 which, if you can I would avoid, because it is located next to the office & every time they came out of the office our door rattled. Which over time is annoying. Das Zimmer war für eine Person außreichend und ok ebenso das Bad das recht klein ist.Scjön sind große Fenster im Schlafzimmer und im Bad .Es wird ein Essen Lieferservice angeboten.Bei der Buchung habe ich mit Frühstück gebucht ,im Hotel und auch im Internet gibt es keinerlei Info über dieses Frühstück .Bei einem Preis von 14,90€ ging ich von einem Buffet aus .Ich habe dann im Hotel noch mal durch eine Mail mit Anfrage über Ort und Uhrzeit gestellt die auch schnell beantwortet wurde .Mir wurde mitgeteilt das am Morgen um 7Uhr eine Frühstücksbox auf ein Klappbrett vor meiner Türe hinterlegt wird und in der Lounge ein Kaffe/Tee Automat steht . Inhalt der Box :1×mini Weizenbrötchen,1xmini Laugenbrezel 1x Croissant, 2 kleine Scheiben Putenbrust ,2 kleine Scheiben Käse ,1x Marmelade, 1x Frichkäse,2x Butter,1x Nutella, 1kleiner Pfirsich ,4 Trauben 2 kleine Tomaten, 2 Radischen ,1x hart gekochtes Ei,1 xkleiner Joghurt, 1x kleiner O Saft.Für den Preis würde ich es persönlich nicht mehr dazi buchen.Ansonsten ist das Hotel vollkommen ok ,gerne wieder.

Wenn möglich, nur nicht hierhin!

Etwa 10 Meter von meinem Zimmer war die Hauptbahnlinie inklusive schweren Güterzügen mit Vollspeed nachts um 3 Uhr. Personal nirgends verfügbar. Reinigung nur jeden 2. Tag. Heizung lässt sich nicht runterregeln. Duschwasser war sowohl Abends als auch Morgens nur lauwarm. Nie wieder!!!

Ich habe hier schon ein/zweimal Übernachtet. Wenn das Navi das Hotel findet hat es eine Lage die OK ist, letztlich ein leicht zu erreichendes Hotel und Zimmer, Dusche Ok, die Sauberkeit des Zimmer und des Hotels ist auch Ok, ruhig wenn nicht gerade Züge auf dem 50-100m weit entfernten Gleis vorbei fährt, oder in der anderen Richtung, auf einer Hauptstraße die Sirenen der Polizei oder Rettungsdienst vorbeifahren. Keine Imbiss oder Restaurant in fussläufiger Entfernung. Negativ war ein Abwassergeruch der aus dem Badezimmer kommt. Ich hatte ein Eckzimmer im 2.OG, an den Fenstern zu dem kleinen Flachdach sind Feuchteschäden, abblätternde Farbe an den Fenstern, vermutlich wegen schlechter aufgehender Flachdach/Wandabdichtung. Aber da die anderen Hotels größere Mängel haben übernachte ich eher hier als in anderen Hotels in Grevenbroich.

Personal kann nicht bewertet werden, da nicht vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der Bundesbahnlinie, dies wird bei der Buchung natürlich nicht erwähnt. Dadurch ist kein durchgehender Schlaf möglich ( auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ) da durchgehend Züge fahren.

Geld nicht wert

Es ist den gezahlten Preis von 160 nicht annähernd wert. Hotel liegt an einer Bahntrasse die gut befahren ist, für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf nicht empfehlenswert. Duschboden hat geklebt. Frühstück was im Preis inbegriffen ist steht Morgens vor der Tür, alleine das wäre ein Ausschlusskriterium für mich. Sowas gehört in der Hotel Beschreibung klar erwähnt, zumal man sich noch nicht mal aussuchen kann was vor der Tür steht.

Die Lage des Hotel ist am Stadtrand und etwas versteckt. Direkt an einer Eisenbahntrasse aber ich habe hier schon zweimal übernchtewt und habe die Züge nie wirklich störend wahrgenommen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel 15-30m vom Haus entfernt - alles dehr dunkel in der Nacht - ggf. könnte es sich unsicher für Frau sein oder sich so anfühlen. Badezimmer klein aber praktisch könnte herausfordernd sein für 'beleibte' Menschen. Toilettenartikel sind auch nicht schlecht. Jedoch nur 1 Duschhandtuch und 1 kleines Handtuch - aber eigentlich ist das ja Standard-Ausstattung. Spezielle Damen-Ausstattung oder 'Toiletteneimer habe ich ggf übersehen aber nicht gesehen. Personal ist nicht anwesend und die Auswahl an den Automaten für kalte und warme Getränke ist OK. Restaurant oder Imbiss Angebote gibt es nicht in der unmittelbaren Nähe.

Værelset var ulidelig varmt. Der var ingen airconditioning - kun en ventilator. Vi forsøgte at køle rummet ved at åbne vinduerne. Det hjalp lidt. Hotellet er placeret ved en jernbane forbindelse. Togene kører regelmæssigt. Huset ryster. Hjulene på togene piber. Vinduerne er ikke lyd isoleret. Vi kunne ikke sove pga. af varmen og larmen fra togene. Vi forlod hotellet kl. 2 om natten. Vi havde fået nok.

Alles war recht sauber und ordentlich. Keine Rezeption und damit kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, war anfangs recht ungewohnt. Im großen und ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auch wieder. Ein paar Punkte gibt es aber doch: 1) wenn man für 2 Personen bucht, dann sollten auch 2x Hausschuhe und 2x Münzen für den Gratiskaffee vorhanden sein 2) Bei Ankunft war nur eine Restrolle von Toilettenpapier vorhanden 3) Orangensaft konnte nicht gekauft werden, da er laut Automat abgelaufen war. 4) Wenn man schon eine Küchenecke mit Wasserkocher anbietet, dann sollte selbiger auch sauber sein. Das noch Restwasser drinnen war und irgendwelche Teilchen im Wasser schwammen, darf nicht sein. Auch die Herdplatte machte keinen guten Eindruck. Diese Kleinigkeiten schmälern aber auf keinste Weise unseren positiven Gesamteindruck !

Ein neues Hotel, bequeme Betten, großer Fernseher und alles sauber. Störend ist das nur ein paar Meter weiter Gleise sind und alle 10 min eine Bahn zu hören ist und das bei geschlossenem Fenster.
