Staff great, rooms great, pool gyms awesome but sadly room servicing poor as they apply sustainable room servicing. Didnt tiday room until day 4 No extensive clean until day 3 including vacuuming advertised but, bin cleans, linen, towels etc. minimal done Until request day 5 vacuum Occurred. To us this was simply labour cost savings under guise of green energy savings. Need a review of policy

The staff were amazing. By far the best customer service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. All staff were friendly, chatty and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spotless and the cocktails delicious. Highly recommend staying here. They also offer a great happy hour including $2 oysters and whilst we didn’t get a chance to have happy hour we did enjoy our time in the bar.
