The cottage is fully set up to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Enjoy the sunshine from the deck in the courtyard with glorious views of Mount Wellington. Start the day with a stroll along the rivulet track into the CBD or brunch at popular cafe 'Bear With Me'.

The Space:
Larger than the facade alludes to, inside arguably 'the cutest cottage in town' you will find a combined lounge/dining room, newly renovated galley kitchen and bathroom in addition to 3 bedrooms capable of sleeping up to 6 guests.

The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, whilst there are two further bedrooms upstairs (one with a queen bed and the other with two singles). Please see the floor plan in the photos for a clear guide of the layout. Note the steep staircase, typical of the era, in case this is an issue for you.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for an enjoyable self-contained vacation. Inside the bathroom you will find a shower over the bathtub and a laundry area with a combined washer/dryer. Outside you can enjoy the sweeping views of Mt Wellington (Kunanyi) in the enclosed sunny courtyard. Gorgeous cottage gardens complete the package of this divine airbnb in a location close to everything. Walk up to popular nearby cafes 'Bear with me' or 'Ginger Brown' or stroll into Hobart CBD in under 10 minutes. Salamanca Place and the MONA ferry are an easy 15 minute walk or pay less than $10 in an UBER/taxi. There is off-street car parking for one vehicle.

Stay warm in winter with hydronic heating downstairs, whilst upstairs is heated with panel heaters.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire cottage to themselves for their stay and are encouraged to make themselves at home.

The Neighborhood:
The Cutest Cottage is situated on the cusp of Hobart and South Hobart (affectionately known as SoHo to locals). An inner-city suburb with gorgeous architecture and a shopping village featuring cafes, a pharmacy, post office, butcher and deli/supermarket 'Hill Street Grocer' which is brimming with fresh produce and ready-made meals to take away. If you are travelling with kids, there are also wonderful playgrounds. The CBD is less than 10 minutes on foot and Salamanca Place/MONA ferry less than 15 minutes.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to commute to inner-city attractions is on foot, however Hobart is a super-easy city to navigate by car. Avoid peak-hour traffic where possible, although it is nothing compared to the big cities! Taxis and Ubers are affordable and reliable.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the staircase is relatively steep in case mobility is an issue.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will receive check-in info 5 days before arrival and check-in time is anytime after 2pm. It is a self check-in whereby guests will be given a code to access keys rather than being met on arrival.
