Large house with amazing kitchen, we had the best stay. The views were wonderful and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The Worst Accommodation Ever!

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found serious cleanliness issues: stained bed linens with hair, unwashed dishes in the cupboard, a spider on a pillow, dirty linens on the garage floor, wet towels, animal droppings in the yard, and various maintenance problems. These issues made it impossible to stay comfortably.We reported the concerns via the Stayz app, hoping for a resolution, but the host responded aggressively, making unfounded accusations and calling us scammers and extortionists. These claims were completely unjustified.As experienced and respectful guests, we’ve received 5-star reviews across multiple platforms. Due to the property’s poor condition and the host’s unprofessional behavior, we canceled our booking after the first night and requested a refund for the second night, which the host refused.We have reported the host's unprofessional and threatening conduct and the property’s unhygienic state to Stayz/VRBO, and the matter is under investigation with supporting evidence.We strongly advise caution when considering this property. Our experience fell far short of expectations, and we hope the host takes this feedback seriously to improve both the property and their approach to guest relations.
