The staff is very professional, kind, incredibly helpful and eager to help make your stay unforgettable. We took a private driver from the hotel to all our attractions and back to Hanoi. What an amazing experience. The grounds are incredibly well maintained, lush gardens a pond, right up against some incredible mountains... can recommend MORE. Close to main attractions.

Amazing peaceful setting which was much needed after a week in Hanoi. Staff were excellent and even though a bit dated you can tell the place was really well designed with framed views of surroundings. Location also great and only a short bike ride to most things. Great location, peaceful and stunning views. Close to everything you need. Staff were fantastic with country hospitality. Some spoke English and some didnt but the translator came in handy and at the end of the day you are visiting a country where English is not a first langauge. 5 stars.
