The homestay is old but clean. The location is not very convenient, but it’s a good place for relaxing and staying for 1 or 2 nights to enjoy the beautiful views and nature. The staff are friendly, though luggage storage space is limited.

The Lotus Field Homestay was located in a breathtaking environment, with impeccably clean rooms and amenities, good food, and incredibly helpful staff to whom we owe our profound gratitude when one of our party members got very sick. We couldn't have asked for more from a property in Ninh Binh.

Stunning scenery all around the homestay. Would definitely come back if I had the opportunity. It is a bit of walk from the main road, but the homestay provides free bikes for guests to use. Amazing experience staying in this scenic setting.

Wow, this was an incredible experience. It was magical to live in a small cabin surrounded by beautiful nature. The food they had in the restaurant was the best food we’ve eaten in Vietnam. The breakfast was delicious. One thing that could have been better was that it was cold in the room (when we were there it was 17C outside), but other than that the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend everyone to experience this place!

The Lotus Field was amazing. This is a place that is away from the hustle and bustle. The villas are built on stilts over the lotus fields. Magic. The staff is amazing and assisted us with everything we needed. The old town is a few kilometers away a quick grab will get you there. This is a place if peace and serenity. I cannot say enough about the family. Highly recommend. J & S from Canada.

A rustic gem that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's just a short walk/cycle from Tràng An. Helpful staff were great at helping me organise tourism and airport transfers and I loved the location so much that I stayed an extra night. Bungalow 5 has possibly the best view from any toilet seat on the planet.
