The location is very convenient, close to the airport. The unit was super clean and the bed was very comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. Very comfortable place, there are many small shops, pharmacies and cafes around. The atmosphere of the location of this place is filled with true Vietnamese color (I like it much more than living in some high-rise building, which are in any city)

The room is cozy and well-equipped, with a kitchen, laundry area and a balcony that has a lovely view, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning. The location couldn’t be better, with so many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Having an elevator in the building was also a big plus, especially for longer stays.

The location was quite central to everything, the owners were really responsive and friendly, the place was very comfortable and overall everything looked exactly like the pictures. It does get loud in the mornings because of the morning traffic but we personally didn't have any issues with it. Xuyet Cafe one floor below also had great matcha lattes and were kind enough to watch over our luggages both before check-in & after check-out.
