The room was pleasant enough with the usual basic amenities. The pix didn't match the actual room stay. Other than that, the location is good enough with eateries, coffee places and shopping within walking distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Cho Ben Tanh so if you're doing major shopping, definitely take a Grab car back.

The apartment was in fair condition overall, although some blankets appeared yellowed and the room didn’t feel particularly clean or well-maintained. The shower had mould, and one of the bedrooms was missing an aircon remote. Communication with the owners was slow, and the reception staff seemed disengaged, often on their phones. We were unexpectedly charged an additional 1.7 million VND for towels and sheets. On a positive note, the location was excellent and the security guards in the building were genuinely friendly.

Location is EXCELLENT! Great dining options, shopping and some big landmarks nearby. The place was beautiful! The only thing letting it down was the amount of black mould in our rooms. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and all 3 bedrooms has a large amount of black mould which flared up my daughters allergies quite bad. Other guests we spoke to, said they had the same issue.

This property is run by ANGIA Hospitality. Honestly worst service ever experienced. We had to change rooms at 12pm midway for some reason on a 2 night reservation. Contacting the host is practically impossible. They never pick up calls and messaging them is a gamble on if they respond or not. Won’t ever book again

Giving it all one star. At checkin we were told room was available. Transfer is to another property, Madison Tower which is under construction and it was not clean. Requested a refund but property owner refuse to. Based on research, this happens quite often with this property. Don’t recommend.
