I really liked the hotel & the staff were very helpful and friendly.. the only things I didn’t like was that my hotel room didn’t have a window & you had to walk 200 yards to their other hotel for breakfast..

SaigonCiti is right at the center of Ho Chi Minh city and is only a few steps from the famous Bui Vien Walking Street. This location is very convenient and is walkable to all the popular places in the city The Breakfast buffet is also very good. They even have Pho too I have stayed at many hotels, but this place has the very awesome staff. Especially the girl name Trang. She's very cute and very nice to the guest. I will definitely stay here again next year when I come back to Vietnam

The staff was great. The rooms walls were dirty. Air conditioner works slow and horribly.The bed seemed clean. No Windows. Feels very confined. Like a cell. I will not return. Hotels need to be honest. I am learnkng a lot from my stays while using this app.

The location is fantastic. It is about two blocks from Bui Vien street where all the tourist bars and nightlife is where they blast music into the street until 3AM. This means you will not get the noise pollution if you stay at Saigonciti Hotel. The room is on the small side but in general, it is acceptable. A buffet breakfast is included, and it takes place at their other location which is a block away and easy to find. The food selection is pretty awesome, and for the quality and AYCE, it's easily the cost of the stay. Room at $18 a night, I have no complaints.

The location is central to the entertainment district, but my room was quiet at the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful English-speaking, and gave a full introduction to room features without me needing to ask. The room was clean, with a view just to other buildings, but good light. The elevator goes between L1-8 (not ground or 9) if that's a factor. Wifi was good, and there are many, many restaurants and activities nearby. In sum, a good, quiet low-cost hotel in the heart of D1

Hotel near Backpacking street

If you want to hang around backpacking street then this hotel is great. The room was a bit small so it was a bit difficult with 2 people to move around in the room. For the price of stay, it was not too bad.

I needed the room only for the checking out day. I checked in at around 9:00AM. The hotel showed zero flexibility for a late checkout request. Plus the room was very small. No room to even open my suitrcase. Elevator starts at the next level above the reception and stops at one below from my room level. It is dangerous to come down the strairs with a siitecase in your hand.

Great stay!

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. They let us check-in s few hours before the check-in time. The breakfast was good. Great location, since the hotel is close to the market, bars and restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean room, but the first time we stayed we had room 101, which is at the front of the hotel on the 1st floor and the noise from the street was very loud - we had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep. On our second stay we were on a higher floor at the back of the hotel and we couldn't hear the street noise at all. One big plus for me was that they keep my phone for me until I returned to the hotel after I left it in a taxi at the airport the the taxi driver delivered it back to the hotel for me - so very helpful staff.
