They did not provide or specific call out the the location of an alternatives room due to knowing the original place is under construction in advance and still allow Expedia to listed as available. I’ve asked to canceled for a refund but they refused. I did not stay at a new place due to distance and not a location I wanted.

We had a very disappointing experience with this property. We arrived at 14:00 due to heavy traffic, but our room was not ready and was still being cleaned. After waiting on our own at a nearby café, we were told we could enter the room—but when we arrived, a technical team was still repairing the air conditioning. They claimed it would take 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting in the lobby for 2.5 hours with no updates. We finally accessed the room at 16:48. Communication was extremely unprofessional. They don't even have any reception or staff member. Everything goes through a third-party chat service, and no one seemed to know what was happening or took responsibility. If we had been informed of the repairs in advance, we could have adjusted our plans accordingly. Overall, this has been one of the most confusing and unprofessional accommodation experiences we’ve had in all our travels. I recommend removing this property from your listings to protect future guests.

アパートメントタイプなので広々としていて3ベットルーム、シャワー、トイレも3つあり、友人との旅行にはプライベートも守られてとても良かった。 エアコンは使用できるが画面が壊れていたり、前の人の食べ残しが冷蔵庫の上においてあったり、なんとなく隅々までの掃除が行き届いてないのかなって感じでしたが、この金額でとまれたのでまずまずでした。 ホテルではないので、チェックイン前と後にスーツケースが預けられなかったのが不便。立地は飲食店もスパも周りに沢山あって良かった。
