Phuong is an outstanding host. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared Communication with Phuong was excellent. He was always responsive and handled every request and question immediately. His support truly made the stay easy and stress free I really enjoyed staying here and would gladly choose this apartment again

This is a perfect place for our visit to Saigon. It’s not in a super touristy area but still very walkable. The apartment is exactly as described. Our host even helped us contact a taxi driver when we first arrived, which was really kind!

This is my second time staying here. The accommodation is very good, quiet, and private. The location is good, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It is easy to walk there. It is close to shopping areas and the subway station. The owner of the accommodation contacted and helped quickly, along with useful advice. This is definitely the accommodation that I will choose when I return to Ho Chi Minh City again.

Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt abseits der üblichen Touristenrouten und ist dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön, geprägt von kleinen Häuschen und ruhigen Straßen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, ebenso das Zimmer.

Yes it was a clean room on the higher floor with an excellent view, close to the shopping mall and lots of eating options , easy access to Uber / Bolt. the bottled water was a 5 Gallon bottle enough water for the stay and easy to refill the smaller bottles. Security was nice and helpful, neighborhood was good. Nice and comfy stay.

The apt wasnt well cleaned. Spiderwebs at different places. More kitchen equipment would be good. There was only a few plates and cutlery. Not enough for four people and a breakfast at home. There were some issues with the acess to the pool needed fingwrprint and they didnt help us with that.

Very difficult check in process - was requested multiple times to pay in cash only and when I refused they told me there was issues with their credit card machine and again asked for cash which was large sum and seemed very unprofessional. I was eventually able to pay via credit, but was made to feel very uncomfortable about it. Rooms look nothing like the pictures with very dated and worn furniture. Rooms were clean, no issues there. Building located in a nice area! We booked multiple rooms for a family trip and the building keys only allow you to take the elevator to the floors you are staying on which was inconvenient when wanting to visit or get something from one another however this wouldn’t be N issue for solo room bookings
