I recently stayed at this resort and was looking forward to a relaxing experience, especially since we had booked a room with a private swimming pool. However, our stay was disrupted when we encountered a snake near the pool, which forced us to stay inside for safety. While I understand that nature can be unpredictable, I expected better maintenance and preventive measures at a resort of this caliber.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of response from the management. When I reached out regarding the issue, they initially acknowledged my concern and even asked how much compensation I was expecting. However, after that, they completely ignored my follow-ups and never provided a resolution.
A resort’s service is not just about the amenities but also how they handle guest concerns, and unfortunately, An Lam fell short in this regard. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-managed stay.
