For rent is a very cozy, well-equipped, very quiet holiday home in a small leisure area in L Ă„ngeruder near Hjo on Lake VĂ€ttern.
Enjoy the tranquility in the almost untouched nature and let your mind wander. Nearby are two lakes and a 27-hole golf course.
The living room
The house has a heatable main house with a large open living area (large dining area with up to 10 seats, sofa bed (140 wide!), Fireplace, 2 armchairs, satellite TV with Swedish and German programs), two bedrooms (No. 1 with a double bed, No. 2 with two single beds that can be put together). There are also two single beds in the separate guest house about 7m away. With only one bathroom / toilet, the number of people over six is certainly less advisable. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of glasses, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc.), a large covered terrace and three further furnished outdoor seating areas, as well as an approx. 1500 mÂČ plot with unobstructed Nature view.
Nice people live in the immediate vicinity, who are happy to help and are on hand with help and advice.
The idyllic location offers peace and relaxation and is also ideal for excursions in the area. For example the Tiveden National Park, Karlsborg, Mariestadt, a bookable boat tour on the historic Gota Canal ...
The beautiful town of Hjo is only a 10-minute drive away.
There you can e.g. B Grocery shopping and many other activities.
Of particular note is the ice cream parlor Moster Elins, at the port of Hjo, but also the
Espresso in the chocolate shop, the smoked fish and freshly caught strength from the fish shop, the authentic - Swedish lunch in "stampens kvarn" are highly recommended.
South of Stora Torget in Hjo are the so-called beach promenades. There are general grills, bathing bridges and temperature meters along the way. The area is a real hjo favorite, where you can enjoy cycling, hiking or running with the most beautiful view of the city.
Arrival and departure takes place on Saturdays.
In the low season (October to April) exceptions to arrival and departure are possible.
Weekly rentals are preferred. However, fewer nights are possible if it fits, but more in the off-season.
The final cleaning of 70 ⏠is included, the fireplace is excluded and should be left clean.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit einem groĂen Garten und der groĂen Veranda. Ein Boot hĂ€tte auf einem See in der NĂ€he genutzt werden können, wenn wir Schwimmwesten dabei gehabt hĂ€tten (Pflicht fĂŒr Schwimmwesten auf Booten in Schweden).

Maison spacieuse au calme. La salle de bain et la cuisine peuvent paraitre un peu vieillotes mais c'est bien équipé et avec tout le nécessaire. Belle vue depuis la terrasse et grand jardin ideal pour jouer au frisbee. La ville n'est pas tres loin et tres agreable.

... in bester Umgebung! Wir haben jeden Tag Rehe im Garten gesehen.
Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Das Haus war sehr schön. Es hat eine schöne Lage, es war alles okay. Die Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereit.
Chaotisch war die Vermittlungsagentur. Sie wollten uns die Adresse erst 3 Tage vor Anreise mitteilen, waren unfreundlich.... Ich habe die Adresse ĂŒber eine andere Agentur herausbekommen.
Fazit: Haus und Vermieter alles gut.

Sehr sympathisches Ferienhaus
Wir haben trotz schwedischem Sommer den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Was uns vor allen gefallen hat, war, dass einfach alles vorhanden ist. Man merkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird kein Schickimicki Objekt, sondern ein echtes Wohnhaus. Sehr sympathisch auch: die Besitzer waren ĂŒber den Chat jederzeit ansprechbar und haben Fragen innerhalb von kĂŒrzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir wĂŒrden dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Das in die Jahre gekommene Haus verspricht alles, was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
Ein Minus ist das Doppelbett bei dem man nicht grösser als 1,80 sein sollte, wegen der Fussbegrenzung. Die Einzelbetten sind sehr bequem, aber diese Knarren bei jeder Bewegung. Das Sofa ist völlig durchgesehen. Sofa, Betten u. A. Sind viel zu niedrig. Absolutes Manko ist die viel zu enge Dusche, wo bei jeder Bewegung der Duschvorhang am Körper klebt. Grosses Problem daes Wassers, kaltes Wasser leicht brĂ€unlich verfĂ€rbt und warmes Wasser sehr stark.,es sind Rost oder EisenrĂŒckstĂ€nde festzustellen. KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht., nur die grosse Pfanne könnte ernert werden. Wer naturverbunden ist, wie wir wird sich in der Umgebung sehr wohl fĂŒhlen.
