The home is very clean and cozy. I loved the fireplace. I never got to meet the hosts. My husband met Robert and said they had a very nice conversation. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and clean dishes with. We traveled to visit working family with our two dogs. They loved the walks on the private location. Very peaceful and relaxing.Close to restaurants and shopping. We will back visiting again. We hope this gem is available when we do. FYI the train noise is minimal even when you are outside or have the door open.

This stay was great! The location is ideal being within 10 minutes of anything you might need, while the property itself is tucked away and feels very private. Robert and April were incredibly nice and wonderful to talk to while also being very respectful of our privacy. Chattanooga is a short drive with many fun and beautiful attractions. We will definitely book again here the next time we come back to the area!

April and Robert were amazing hosts! They were so kind, fun and went over and above to accommodate us when our plans changed and we needed to check in earlier than the original time! The Ole Pole Barn is decorated so cute and it's extremely clean.The whole vibe is so cozy...you feel like you're miles away from the city but you're really just minutes away! There's so many neat things to see on their property... The "art studio" is absolutely beautiful!, It's so bright and cheerful during the day and magically lit up at night! A great place to drink coffee, read a book or even better... Sit and visit with April and Robert! They are the easiest people to talk with and share some laughs! Our dogs loved exporing the large yard and sitting on the deck, soaking up the sun! You won't be disappointed staying here, I promise!

Robert and April are amazing hosts. The cabin was wonderful. Everything anyone needed was there. Land for our puppy to play ball and plenty of room to enjoy the outside. Property is very quiet!!!!! It’s absolutely the BEST place we have ever stayed. So glad we stayed there!!!!!

Lookout Mt. get away with my 2 dogs

My two dogs and I really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It was just the nice size to be really cozy and loved the deck to be able to sit outside with the dogs and listen to all the birds. The train was an additional bonus.The only thing I would have liked to have was a Keurig coffee maker in the cabin.Looking forward to another visit later in the year.

We found this vrbo gem and stayed with them last year to celebrate our grandson's first birthday. This is the kind of place you instantly feel cozy as soon as you walk in the door. We were only here 2 nights and actually there was a winter storm going on. The view was gorgeous. Perfect Cabin Outside Chatt!

My husband and I visited the area to climb at the famed bouldering destination, Stone Fort. We stayed at the Ole Pole Barn with our old dog, and we absolutely fell in love with the cabin. We were ready to move in. We had absolutely no issues cooking all of our own meals, as the kitchen is generously outfitted with all of the equipment you coumd ever need. The home is decorated thoughtfully, making for a cozy, country feel. Theres a plus king bed a full bathroom,

Ole Pole Barn

We had an amazing stay at the Ole Pole Barn! Richard and April are amazing hosts. They greeted us upon our arrival, made themselves available for any issues, questions or concerns that may have arisen (none did), and respected our privacy during our stay. The unit was extremely well equipped and they added many extra touches to the home and surrounding property to make any stay very enjoyable. We look forward to visiting the area again and we'll definitely stay at the property when we do!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

I, my husband and our dog stayed Friday through Monday at the Ole Barn Pole. The location was within 15-30 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga! We felt safe being on the gated property. Robert and his wife were great host and had great communication! The yard space was perfect for our griffon who we knew would need space to run. We also loved the king size bed! We hope to be back!

Second stay this year!

Robert and April have the loveliest property in Chattanooga. It's so convenient to EVERYTHING, but the cabin is surrounded by nature and quiet beauty. And the cabin itself is so cozy and beautifully decorated with lovely personal touches. We go to Chattanooga a few times a year and as long as the Dry Creek cabin is available, this is where we will always choose to stay.
