No more taxes or separate cleaning costs, all including tariff due to European legislation.

This house is situated in a quiet area. Not suitable for groups of young people aiming to go out and party in Amsterdam. More for families or nature and culture lovers.

Big 160 m2 wooden house. In ecological neighborhood. New (February 2017). Living room 40m2. Balcony situated towards west). Sunny garden 70m2 situated towards West.

1 st floor big sleeping room 28 m2, small sleeping room 12 m2 and bathroom with bath and shower.

2nd floor living and sleeping room or 55 m2. 4.2 m high with a magnificent view and very light. Great sunsets there.

This house has a very natural feeling and is brand new and comfortable, next to forest and heather or Zuiderheide nature reserve. 7 min biking or bus 108/109 to Hilversum railway station and then 20 minutes by train and you are in the center of Amsterdam, 15 minutes to the City of Utrecht and 10 minutes to the City of Amersfoort. Distance to Amsterdam 30 km, Utrecht 20 km, Amersfoort 15 km.

Beach of Wijk aan Zee at 1 hr. Sailing / canoe rental in Loosdrecht at 15 minutes. Swimming at several spots at 5-15 minutes distance. 3 golf courses. Good restaurants in Hilversum. Mountain bike track at 2 km. Nice cycling options along the river Eem, along the heather fields and through the forests. Hilversum Museum (art / photo) and Media Museum Image and Sound.

Hilversum est au coeur des Pays-Bas et l'accès est facile vers Amsterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort, les polders de l'est du Zuidersee. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons découvert en 2 semaines les Pays-Bas, que nous ne connaissions pas. Marc et sa famille est très attentif et l'accueil est chaleureux, avec un livret d'accueil précis. schönes Holzhaus zentral gelegen

Das Holzhaus ist ruhig gelegen, gleich am Naturschutzgebiet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, Platz ist bis zu 6 Personen, obwohl der Frühstückstisch etwas für 5 Leute etwas klein ist.
