We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and pet-friendly environment for all of our guests.
Our peaceful home offer stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty and is equipped with all the amenities you could want. Our fully stocked kitchen and provided linens make your packing hassle-free. Picture yourself unwinding in our enclosed sun room, soaking in the stunning bay views!

Great home to entertain with an Incredible Golf Simulator, 6 arcade games like the iconic Frogger and pac-man as well as a shuttle board table!

Pets welcome if approved - $20/night/pet. Please enquire.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Nice place!

I enjoyed my stay. The lockbox was hard to open, but it did open. The bed is comfortable, the ac and heat were easy to regulate, the icemaker worked great (many rentals have broken ice dispensers), the TV, fridge, stove and dishwasher are all new. But the best part is the screen porch with views of the lake, a fox family, deer, turtles and swallows. I would have liked some outside chairs and a grill, but you can't have everything.

Perfect for the Multigenerational Family

Booked several months before my doctoral graduation knowing I would have my young adult children and parents coming along for the stay. There was something for everyone! The Golf simulator kept the young adult golfers busy and older adults entertained. Coffee on the porch in the AM overlooking the lake was magnificent! There was plenty of sitting in the living room for an evening movie, and room for family meals in the dining room. An elder was even found playing PAC-Man in the arcade games;) Floor plan would even be perfect for any families with young children if needed! Would definitely stay again

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Good location. Great view of the bay and the ice fishermen.

Our trip to Rochester was sad - my mom passed away and we were there for the funeral and burial. It snowed and was very windy upon our arrival. The lockbox worked and we gained access to the house. My brother stayed with us and we were comfortable. Our family enjoyed the large sunroom and family room after the burial. It was very quiet. Cheryl responded to all my questions and was helpful.

Family Gathering Comfort!

Wonderful home for the gathering of family from different parts of the country to celebrate the life of lost family members. Easy to locate, spacious and welcoming. The host was very accommodating in permitting us to extend our stay an extra day.

Fantastic View of Braddock Bay

My husband and I stayed here with my adult children during the fall. It has a beautiful view of Braddock Bay ! Each day we enjoyed a nice walk to the end of the street and along the lake front of Lake Ontario. You can watch the swans swim by on the bay all day long (I’m not sure if it’s part of their seasonal migration.) The house is very nice, clean and all of the golf and arcade games were a blast!
