We love this home
15 Dune Lane is our absolute favorite house on Dune Lane. We have stayed before and we will continue to with our family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view is amazing. 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing house in a great location
I have rented a lot of homes and this one tops them all. It is beautiful on the inside and out. So many views of the ocean from almost all the rooms, especially the living rooms. It has everything you need.
The only thing that was an issue was the hot tub. We were golfing every day, so the one thing that is a must for us is a properly working hot tub. This tub would never get over 97 degrees and it would take almost 3 hours to get to that temp. After 4 hours the hot tub would turn off and you would have to turn back on. The problem with that is when it shuts off it immediately starts cycling cold pool water into it which drastically reduces the temp. So then you have to wait another hour or so to get back up to 97. We book houses every year for golf trips with the fellas and the hot tub is the number one feature for us. This was a big let down, especially since we had to pay an extra $400 to heat the hot tub. Every other place I have stayed at the hot tub is free and you just pay for the pool. This house wanted $1,200 to heat the pool too.
A few other small things were there were no basic necessities such as paper toweling, garbage bags, salt & Pepper, etc... Just small things everyone needs which resulted in us having to make trips to the store.
We also had issues w/ the internet.
Overall, it was a great experience and a fantastic house. They just need to redo the hot tub features and pricing. Disappointed we had to pay an extra $400 for that experience.

Amazing beach front get-away!
We have rented many houses in HHI but this was, by far, our favorite. The rooms are private and very comfortable. The oceanfront views are amazing. Short walk/bike ride to coligny. I cannot say enough good things about this house. I highly recommend and we will definitely rent again!

Property Manage
The location of the property was great, but the service from the property management company was very bad. We have been staying at Hilton Head for many years and this was the first time we rented a home with Beach Properties as the PM company. When we first arrived, we were provided the wrong g code, the house was still very dirty and needed a deep clean. There were plumbing issues and Brody pool all over the deck and took 4 days for the PM company to have someone co w to the property. Also, we were promised that the spa would be turned for our inconvenience and the PM never followed through. With a deep cleaning and a new PM company, this property has potential to be great.
