Enjoy this terrific beach house in a great location, only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Grab your coffee cup and sit on the beach to watch the sunrise or bring your bottle of wine to enjoy the cool evening breezes! Come enjoy the large spacious floor plan, perfect for your group to have a great beach vacation. This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a large deck overlooking a 15'X30' pool (heat additional ). Fenced in yard. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Light and Airy Family Room with cozy couches, large tv, PS3, DVD, 500MB Superfast Wifi , Roku and Hulu live streaming. Borrow a Boogie Board, Beach Chair or Game to enjoy time on the beach while relaxing at night with a board game or family movie. Walk out the back gate to the beach path and relax on the stunningly beautiful, quiet beach. Enjoy all of Sea Pines many amenities including Golf, Tennis, Boating, Fishing, Nature Preserve, Stables, and over 15 miles of Bike Trails. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well as plenty of excursions for the adventurous type. This is the place where you can choose to be active or just relax, it's all your choice.

Pool heat is available for $600 (May-Sept) $800(April & October) and $1000 (November-March)plus tax.

We welcome one dog with applicable pet fee.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
No Towed Boats or Electric Bikes are allowed. Ring Doorbell camera on front door.

Wonderful house!

Very comfortable house for 7 adult family members. Everything we could need for cooking was in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Large screenTV in living room with comfortable seating for all. Enjoyed it immensely and hope to return.

Great Experience

Hudson South is one of the best homes that we have stayed at. First of all Lori had amazing communication and went above and beyond for us. The house has everything you need and it steps from the beach. We had children from 4-17 and they all had a great time. The children loved playing in the pool. We will hopefully be back soon!

Family Fall Break

House was just as listed. It is lovely and very welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of space inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of blankets for use in the family room. The bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable. We loved the pool outside and we enjoyed the easy and quick walk to the uncrowded beach! The home is in a great location to ride your bike and/or walk into South Beach/Salty Dog. Fun bike ride to Harbor Town and the nature preserve. Our family had a great week of winding down and relaxing together!

Lori’s house is wonderful! It is located very close to the beach and has a large pool. The house is very clean and comfortable and Lori is a great host! Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for our growing family and had ample rooms and comfortable bedding. The location to the beach has very easy access to get equipment and babies.. and walk the dogs on the beach. We were also happy that our dogs were allowed to spend the week with us! We enjoyed playing family games and watching TV in the large comfortable living room.. and is very bright and airy. Our gang enjoys working jigsaw puzzles and the family room table was perfect for that! The Kitchen is well stocked for preparing simple meals and gathering around a large dining table together. The back deck is nicely furnished to enjoy a meal or drinks under the patio lights. The pool is well kept and cleaned and we loved having the extra floats and beach umbrellas and chairs.The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay! The property was well described in the listing, and Lori was terrific host who went above and beyond. The proximity to the beach was terrific, esp as we had a couple of toddlers so getting to/from the beach always comes with a bit of an extra challenge. Would 100% book a stay here again!

Delightful Stay Just Off the Beach in Sea Pines

We had an amazing week at this property with our family of eight adults and one baby and our small dog. The house is very well appointed, well laid out and perfect for relaxing family week at the beach. The owner is unbelievably responsive and available via text. The Best of the Best!!!

We have stayed at several properties in the area over the years but this one topped them all. The house was more than large enough for the 10 of us, the pool was perfect for our size and the beach was only a 3 minute walk away! We loved having the bathroom out by the pool so our kids didn't make a mess in the house, tracking in sand and dripping water, just to use the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with the basics so we didn't have to buy things like salt, oil and most spices (other houses we have rented didn't have any of these basics) and the starter pack of coffee was a great to have until we could run to the store. The location is perfect for Sea Pines as it is close to both the Salty Dog (for meals and ice cream) and to Harbortown, for everything that has to offer. The golf courses were very close as well so we could reach everything we wanted to within a short bike ride. Beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids were included. Lori was a great host, she answered our questions quickly and completely and offered so many great suggestions - you can tell she cares about your stay and enjoys hosting folks at her house - I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect accommodations

We traveled with a group of 8 for a golf trip. Everything was smooth and the host communicates well. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. Lots of space for hanging out and cooking. Perfect location to golf courses and Harbour Towne square. Pool was awesome, definitely heat it for April stay. Beach was so close and peaceful with lots of friendly dogs! We didn’t want to leave. Fantastic stay!

Every year 9 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years rent a home for a gathering. We have done this more than 20 times in different locations across the country. We all agreed that this home is the best we have ever rented. Our stay at 15 Black Skimmer, was a delight from start to finish. Located just steps away from the beach, this 3rd row beach house exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the prompt communication with the owner, who provided exemplary customer service throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and responsiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful vacation experience. One of the highlights of our stay was pool volleyball, which quickly became a favorite activity for our entire family. The well-maintained pool area provided endless hours of entertainment and relaxation! The proximity to the beach was another major plus. Being just a stone's throw away from the shore meant that we could easily enjoy leisurely strolls or fun-filled beach days whenever the mood struck. Inside the house, we found everything we needed for comfortable family living. The well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying family dinners together. The cleanliness of the house was top-notch, ensuring an inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at 15 Black Skimmer was nothing short of exceptional.

What an Amazing home and host

My family assembled hear from all over the country for a weeklong stay in this magnificent property. It is by far one of the most well equipped and stocked vacation homes I’ve ever been in. The host was great communicating and making sure we knew how to access the property and making sure that we were happy with everything going on. This home is an amazing place for a family to enjoy a long week in Hilton head/sea Pines. For the cost it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.
