Kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, coffee maker, washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has twin bunks and a queen bed. Renovated bathroom w/ a granite top vanity and a tub/shower combination. Condo has chairs, toys, beach and umbrella. Community has a shared pool, and access to the beach on walking/biking trails. Close to all Hilton Head has to offer; Coligny Circle. Pirate Park, Harris Teeter, Sea Pines and much much more !

Rachel is very responsive and helpful. The property is very convenient to Coligny yet quiet and tucked away. The unit was ok, it could use a fresh paint job all around, especially the trim. The outside of the building is in need of painting and repair, but I am aware that this is currently going on building by building at Forest Gardens from having stayed at a different unit over the winter. All in all a decent value for the money.
