The new pool(s) project is complete! The construction includes a complete overhaul of the existing main pool and the construction of a new serenity pool for adults that are looking for quiet. Both pools are equipped with new hot tubs. A new fire pit has been constructed adjacent to the serenity pool.
A significant investment has been made by our community to make this the best pool on the island!!
This condo is under new ownership as of August 2023! The condo overlooks the pool and has beautiful ocean views. Our home features new renovations, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and spacious lounging areas. The new sound-proof sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows provide unfiltered views of the beautiful surroundings.
This first floor unit is only steps away from a short private walk to the beach. The Palmetto Dunes, Pickleball and Tennis Center is within walking distance from Villamare, as well as the beautiful Robert Trent Jones golf courses and the Palmetto Dunes General Store. Hilton Head Outfitters is a short walk down the road as well where they provide bike, kayak, fishing gear rentals and more. This Hilton Head condo is perfect for making wonderful Hilton Head memories with your friends and/or family.

The amazing beach views from the master and living area are wonderful. I loved the location of the condo. It’s a short walk to palmetto dunes tennis and pickleball courts and the general store. The condo was very clean and provided adequate towels, dishwasher and laundry pods. My daughter and I were sad to leave.

Location, location, location. Beautiful, clean condo in a great location. Cant say enough good stuff about this property. We had a great time, watched the sunrise from the balcony, mere steps to the beach. Would recommend and would stay again.
