63 Fairway Lane Villas is a wonderfully comfortable, light filled property and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. This one-level villa feels better than home with airy spaces and 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bath.
Quickly becoming a guest favorite, this villa was artfully redesigned and furnished, outfitted, and equipped in 2024 by us, working in tandem with the homeowners, to reflect both their (fabulous) sense of style and our curated concept.
This villa boasts an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen, signature bar area, and dining with seating for up to 6. Appliances include a beverage fridge and full size French door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser.
The stylish and comfortable living area features a 65" Samsung TV with expanded digital channel selection. Each BESTNEST features a premium Bluetooth speaker for easy playing of our specially curated BESTNEST Spotify playlists or your own favorites. Enjoy a good book in the water view reading nook, or outside among the gorgeous oaks.
Two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen/1 Twin) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all new 50" Samsung TVs in each room. The bathrooms are well lit, fabulously functional, and sparkling clean. A surprisingly lovely laundry area with washer and dryer and courtyard with Weber grill and beach equipment storage complete the special features of the villa.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 1/4 mile or 5-7 minutes easy walk.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
POOL: This villa does not include pool access, but there is a large ocean available year round, about 5-7 minutes walk (see above).
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $450 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their human will have to pay a fine), and MUST BE CRATED if left alone.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the DURATION of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps- you do not need to buy a supply for kitchen, bath, or laundry. We are proud to partner with such stellar brands as Mrs. Myers, Nespresso and Kiehl's to provide our Luxe guest with an unmatched experience on Hilton Head Island. You will also find a full supply of beach equipment including toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, plus Yeti cooler and shibumi mini shade. Really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
