Guests have access to all open Resort amenities: Beach, 2 Pools, Gym, Tennis, Pickleball, 2 Bars, 3 Restaurants, On-site Bike Rentals, Basketball, Playground, BBQ Area & more!

Some amenities are weather or seasonally dependent. From time to time there may be exterior building/resort or other unit repairs & upgrades being conducted. This is considered normal maintenance, beyond our control & not a reason for refunds.

● No smoking/vaping in condo/patio
● Resort is Pet & ESA Free - Resort charges $250 per day fine if violated.
(Service Animals are welcome with prior completion of Resort's paperwork)
● Reservation comes with 1 car pass. Additional car passes avail. $25 each. Let us know the driver's name & dates and we can invoice thru VRBO.
● Mandatory Monthly Resort Pest Control MAY occur during your stay.
(M-F 8am-4pm )--takes 2-3 minutes...must be allowed to service unit....you need not be present.
