Everything was as expected. Really great location walkable to beach, shopping and restaurants. Nice quaint quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. They also left us a welcome gift which was a nice touch! Would definitely return.

Perfect location! Close to shopping and food.
The house was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and shopping/food. My only complaint was ants in the kitchen but the AvantStay was quick to send someone out. Would rent it again!

Cute house with nice ameneties.
We had a few hitches upon arrival but the people in charge of the rental handled them immediately and without issue. I would rent from them again and would rent this home without hesitation. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. House was good size for our group of 7 people and our little dog. Great location for beach and Coligny Plaza.

Great house!
They just need to do a few things to make it an excellent house. We had to buy a couple of basic things for the kitchen—hand mixer and grater. One bathroom only had warm water in the shower. Small things like that.

Ruben and staff went above and beyond to ensure any issues or requests were met in a timely manner. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made getting out the door each day easy. We had a great time. It was a short walk to the beach even for the four year olds. We walked daily to Coligny plaza for ice cream and window shopping. The house had what we needed and the pool was fun
