Ground-floor condo with pool access, central AC & washer/dryer - quiet location
We were very pleased with our stay at Devonshire this June of 2025! The location is perfectly quiet and peaceful, yet near to the complex pool, walking, and even beach. The home was well appointed with basic linens and towels and the bathrooms have good quality body soap, shampoo, and conditioners affixed to the shower walls. The kitchen has everything we needed to dine in several nights and coffee makers in traditional drip and pod style brew options. You will want to bring or buy extra kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets if you plan on using them more than once. We arranged an WalMart delivery to the door upping our arrival with no issues. All appliances are like new and work well. Overall, it was a very peaceful and comfortable home base for our week in Hilton Head with lovely views. We will certainly look to book this unit if we return to Hilton Head in the future!

Plastic plates and bowls. Handles on bathrooms are loose. Shower door off track in master bathroom. Towels are old. Another chair or place to sit in living room would be great. The place was extremely clean and in a great location. Could use some upgrades for the price.

A week away from snow
The property is well located. It isn't in a gated community so it is easily accessed. The beds are comfortable. The televisions are good and so is the selection of stations. The washer and dryer are relatively new and are large capacity.
This is a great place. It was comfortable, clean, the pool was nice, and it's a 10 minute walk to the beach. A very quiet neighborhood, we loved it!

Over all very nice unit. Has lack of Hot water in master bath. Spare B.R. thermostat did not work, and TV had to be adjusted very time to turn on. Wash & dryer vibrated a lot and made some strange noise. Also, pool was closed.

Lovely place
First off I would like to point out that I am all about cleanliness and this location was spotless.
The area is very shaded which makes going to the beach nice and cooll.
Lots of wild life see as well.
I recommend renting bikes or bringingyour own, its easier going to the beach and is only about a 1.5 minute bike ride.

Nice quiet place
The property is about 12 min walk from Islanders Beach Park, you can drive but you’ll have to pay for parking at a meter. The beach is much less crowded than the main beach at Coligne. The property comfortably sleeps 5 people and is close to the pool. There is a TV in each room and the wifi was good. The only issues we had was that the washer and dryer is old and takes long to finish. Also the kitchenware is cheap and they didn’t nearly leave enough garbage bags and dishwasher liquid so keep that in mind if you plan to cook. Also remember your bug spray, lots of mosquitoes!

Spacious and great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious, clean and comfy. Our kids loved having their own "apt" with a private balcony and separate entrance. The pool was a quick walk next door and the walk to the beach was easy too. Note to future travelers - if you plan to drive to Islanders Beach make sure you have quarters. Parking is metered and they don't take cards. The neighborhood itself is clean and well kept. Close drive to Coligny Park, great restaurants and shopping. My family is already talking about our next trip here.
