Hemos actualizado y actualizado muchas áreas de nuestra segunda casa para que su estadía sea cómoda y agradable. Pasar un día en la playa es una de nuestras actividades favoritas. Estamos a solo una cuadra y media de la hermosa playa de 12 millas. ¡Caminar a lo largo de las aguas tranquilas, jugar al frisbee, construir castillos de arena, leer y simplemente sentarse y ser agraciado con delfines que nos visitan no puede ser mejor!

En esos días que solo desea permanecer cerca y relajarse en casa, nuestra unidad está muy cerca de 1 de 2 piscinas en el lugar. Simplemente acerca una silla y siéntate junto a la piscina.

Cuando esté listo para un partido de tenis, camine hasta el centro de tenis Van Der Meer. O disfrute de una ronda de golf en uno de los 25 campos de golf. Para la vida nocturna, hay bares de vinos, clubes nocturnos, cruceros para cenar y fantásticos teatros.

El condominio es una unidad de extremo abierto con mucha luz y perfectamente ubicado cerca de la laguna a pocos pasos de la piscina. Esta unidad es una unidad de planta baja sin escalones y estacionamiento directamente en frente del condominio.

Courtside está ubicado a 1 1/2 cuadras de la playa y cerca de Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza tiene varias tiendas y restaurantes para el entretenimiento. Puede dar un paseo o un corto paseo en bicicleta para tomar un helado después de un caluroso día de verano.

Nice place-good location. Walls are thin you can hear everything anyone around you is doing so might not be the best location for a light sleeper.

Summer getaway

Very comfortable villa. Pool outside the villa suddenly out of order the last part of our stay. I heard there was another pool but never checked it out as it was not right outside our patio as this one was. Everything else was as advertised and clean and comfortable.

Pool and fountain view was nice and condo was updated and nice-just what we needed for a quick 4th of July getaway! The only issue was the couch bed had springs falling off of it and one part of the bed wouldn't stay up making it difficult to sleep on.

The screen door was not working the best so we gave management a heads up so it didn’t become a bigger issue. They sent someone out in a few hours and fixed it. The only negative was the “free” rental equipment. The chairs were of high quality but the bikes were not. They were fine riding to Coligny or nearby but we will bring our own next time for long rides. They were included so not complaining- more of an FYI. Great place, easy to work with rental service. We will be back!

First, personal preference would prefer the tv in the master bedroom vs the second bedroom. Second, there was renovation construction in the unit above which considering it was the weekend was surprising. It started very early in the morning and went till a bit past 7 in the evening

Well updated condo. We came in December and parking was plentiful and the area was very quiet. Quick access to all you need beach, restaurants, playgrounds and shops. Extremely easy to check in and check out. Thank you for a nice visit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is clean and well decorated, but has issues with HVAC. Found window wouldn’t close either. Management attempted to help, but privately owned and there is a process to fix. We were out to dinner and got back late when they offered to move us, hard with the family. AC had not been working for a while, so it should have been noted. Window was broken for a very long time. Management was quick to respond, and the place was clean. If things are fixed it would be a great place to stay.

Beautiful Place. Amazing location

The apartment was great. We stayed with 4 adults, a 3.5 year old, and 5 month old. The place was updated and spacious. Each bedroom had plenty of room and each waslarger than pictured. The location was the best and less than a 10 minute walk from restaurants, the beach and playgrounds. The pool was very clean and our daughter loved swimming in it every day. Would recommend this unit and the Seaside team to anyone looking to visit Hilton Head with their family! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
