The front door to this villa opens to the central hallway where you can access the kitchen, first bedroom, guest bathroom, guest bedroom, and living room. The spacious living room has a front row view of the Atlantic ocean. The living room is furnished with a sofa, loveseat and two leather reclining La-Z-Boy chairs as well as a 46" flat screen TV, and a DVD/VCR player. Just off the living room is the dining area with seating for six. From this room, you have access to your own private screened in porch with two wicker chairs and a small table. From here, another door leads to the spacious balcony with chairs, tables, and a lounge chair to soak up the sun.

The kitchen has beautiful marble countertops and cabinets stocked with all your cooking needs. Unit doesn't have an ice maker. Just off the kitchen, adjacent to the dining area is breakfast table where you can enjoy your mornings with the breathtaking view of the ocean. The large balcony can also be accessed from the kitchen. Off the kitchen, adjacent to the front door, is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer as well as ironing board and iron.

The bedrooms are evenly spaced to offer privacy to all guests. They also each have access to their own bathroom with shower. The first bedroom off the front door has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door to a private balcony. The en-suite private bathroom is completely renovated with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower that can also be used as a guest bathroom. The third bedroom is off the kitchen and has a king bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination, as well as a sliding glass door to the large balcony.

The villa comes with Wifi and streaming capabilities as well as books or games to enjoy when you're not on the beach or in the pool. Windsor Court Amenities:
