Pleasant and perfect for our family

Scott’s place had everything we needed for a family vacation at the beach. We enjoyed the quiet location and the immediate access to the pool was a huge plus for our kids. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo comfortably accommodated our family of 7. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool right outside the back patio to take an evening swim after a long day on the beach. There were boogie boards ( now a few extra we left behind for others), 2 beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach wagon we could use which we will keep in mind for next visit so we don’t have to pack as much. Both sofas downstairs are pull outs for additional beds which our girls utilized to stay close to us since the master is on the lower level. I appreciated the 3 full baths and washer/dryer. We definitely plan on renting again!

We had a great stay the first week of June. It was a little bit further walk to the beach then we are used to. It took 10 minutes. Easy beach access at the end of the road. But the complex itself was so quiet it was worth the walk.. The pool was right outside the back door. And it was never busy. There was a patio off the back of the living room, which was feet from the pool. There was a gas grill there. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a beach wagon and two beach chairs, boogie boards, wave boards, and some extra beach towels. The one thing that I can complain about is that there was no toaster. We like to make breakfast early in the morning and toast is a big deal. But overall, our stay was great. The condo was very clean when we arrived. So if you don’t mind a little further walk for some peace and quiet, you’ll enjoy this place. And also all the beds were very comfortable.

Memorial Day Weekend in Palmetto Dunes

We had a fantastic weekend. The unit is very nice and is in a perfect location. It is a short walk to the beach path, and we didn't hear any noise from the daily golf course mowing. The unit was comfortable, had everything we needed, and the community pool is located close to the back door. We will definitely look to stay in this villa again.

Weekend Getaway

We left not wanting for anything! The place was very welcoming and comfortable, in fact, I added it to my favorites. We stay in Palmetto Dunes each time we visit and we loved the location of the unit. Thank for your part in a great weekend!

I prefer to be positive and candid when writing reviews and can share wonderful experiences while visiting Palmetto Dunes in Hilton Head Island. This condo is located in a wonderful setting close to the golf course. The condo shows signs of age and smelled rather stale. A problem occurred with accessing the condo and VRBO offered several solutions.

Nice stay

Had miscommunication with owner and there was a delay getting in. Security put us in touch with owner. After we got in we had a great stay. Large condo, a bit dated but nice. Right on golf course and close to pool and beach. Wish we would’ve stayed longer

Short easy walk to the beach. Kids loved having their own room upstairs, and adults could hang out later on the main level. Would recommend and stay again.
