This is a beautiful unit. Light and airy with a classy beach theme. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great porch with grill. Well- equipped kitchen with nice knives and decent pots and pans. All new appliances. Pet friendly. Great location. Close to beach and pickleball courts. Had a wonderful stay.

Stayed for pickleball tournament.

Great place. Clean and within walking distance to the site to the courts Temperature was a little warm bc of air conditioning limits. Overall enjoyed my stay.

October stay

Was perfect place for my husband, myself and our dog for a week. We love the Palmetto Dunes area since is centrally located on the island. As with many rentals this could use a little refresh but overall in good condition.

Good Location

Located in the middle of Hilton Head Island at Palmetto Dunes, we had spacious and comfortable villa with access to a pool and within walking distance to the beach. An added bonus was being able to rent mid-week to mid-week as opposed to most rentals that were weekly rentals beginning on a Saturday or Sunday.

Great location

The location was perfect -- we could walk to tennis, pickleball and golf, as well as the beach and biking trails. The house was nicely laid out and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was that it needed some TLC, but it worked well for my husband and me.

Great place

I enjoyed my stay here it was family friendly and dog friendly which I loved the only thing I would say is that the pool is kind of hard to find because they no signs to know where to go since it by other condos backyards. The beach access was kind of confusing and the beach area provided is not pet friendly you can't bring your pets there which was a little disappointing but good to know.

Good location, needs some love

I love being in Palmetto Dunes with easy beach access and being able to bike around the property and across to Shelter Cove for entertainment. The unit is clean, but needs a good overhaul to freshen it up.

Villa review

I’m partial to these Queens Grant villas from growing up and using one a family friend owned for years until they sold it about three years ago. This one was really updated and nice in comparison but I love the location with easy biking access to the beach and Shelter Cove.

Great location, great place

Everything was as expected - and excellent. We arrived very late at night but the check-in process was still easy and straightforward. The condo was nice - the living room was comfortable and the TV was huge! the four-poster bed in the master makes it a little hard to watch tv in there. Great location a short drive or medium walk to the beach house and beach. We love Palmetto Dunes. Would stay in this unit again.

Good location

Clean, nice soap and plenty of towels. Only there two nights and was out almost all the time. Great coffee pot that uses either pods or regular ground coffee. The biggest complaint was parking very tough. Paid for two spots could not even park by unit. Lucky we did not need the two spots. Would visit again.

Pawfect home away from home

This was our first vacation with our furry family member and this home was perfect for 4 people and a pooch. Beautiful destination in Hilton Head and a nicely appointed kitchen and grill made for some excellent meals at home with fresh catches from Barnacle Bills. Only drawback was deck floor which looked quite soiled. Was it from the last pets stay or just ordinary dirt? Not sure but we wore shoes just in case. A great spot all in all!

Location is great - central to HHI; excellent for walking, biking, going to restaurants and the beach. Easy access to swimming pool and nearby golf, tennis, pickleball. Unit needs TLC updates - front door, outdated stove, kitchen dishes, pots & pans need attention. Outdoor Patio floor worn, weeds in flower bed. Fresh paint, new curtains at patio door. Maybe a ceiling fan in the living room to help with cooling.

Nice Villa needs some updates

Off course Hilton Head Palmetto Dunes wonderful area. Our unit similar to others we have stayed in, nicely appointed. Master Bathroom shower doors bit dirty as was tooth brush holder in bathroom. Toliet seat in other bathroom needs fixing. Front door a bit sticky as well. Easy fixes though.

Needs some TLC. Outlets were not working, peeling paint, overloaded surge protectors, burned out light bulbs, sliding door needed broomstick to keep it secure

Poor cleanliness. Mold in shower. Grill filthy. Dirty, stained slip cover on couches. General condition of condo poor. We would not stay here again.

Showing it's age

This is in a nice location for palmetto dunes offering, and getting to the beach. The facility itself is in need of a real update. Has nice bedrooms, but bath rooms, deck, couch are all in poor condition. Washer is so loud you have to leave when in use. Grill was very dirty. Lack of good floor cleaning equipment during your stay, to keep up with the sand, and dirt.
