The location was amazing! We could watch the sunrise from our balcony. Shopping and dining were right across the street. On the downside the walls and doors need to be painted. The doorknobs need to be changed out. The shower leaked. The flooring was poorly laid. Basically the interior needs some cosmetic updates.

The unit had an unobstructed beach view and I enjoyed sunrise from the balcony with my first cup of coffee each morning. The beach was an out the back gate. The pool was heated and well maintained. This unit was clean and well-stocked. Coligny Square and the park were across the street, but we did not notice noise from either. Our hostess Mary communicated with us often and never left us hanging for information. We would definitely book here again.

Great location !

We were impressed with the upgrades to the Breakers property. Our last stay, before 2020, they have painted, installed elevators and have security. The condo was nice. The homeowner was easy to work with. We would stay again!

Quick getaway

Very good price point especially for this area. Villa is very clean, has chairs for the beach on hand, bath towels, etc. walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Beach Vacation.

Area was fantastic the Breakers is a nice place to stay. Great location with beach and Coligny so close. The room however was a different story. As soon as we opened the door it smelled damp and musty. Thought if we opened it up it would go away but it never did. Ended up finding the source. When you take a shower the water runs out of the door and over behind the water closet. Then it runs under the flooring. We used towels each time we took a shower to stop it from running everywhere but the smell still lingered through out our trip. Probably why the flooring and the wall coverings were so wavy. If these units are truly inspected before each family or visitor arrives. Their inspection system leaves plenty of room for improvement. I would go back to Breakers but it would have to be another room for sure.

It was fine

Overall, this property was fine. It was cleaned well. Space is a bit worn, but was also cheaper than other locations/units. There's several missing lightbulbs throughout the unit, a broken beach chair, and some uncomfortable patio furniture, but it is all serviceable. The shower door leaks, no matter where you point the showerhead, I would be surprised if there's not damage to the unit below if someone isn't seeing that water leakage and cleaning it up right away. There's a decent pool, no issues with parking and easy access to the beach.

Quick trip to HH

We really loved the location of our condo. We enjoyed having so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Access to the beach was also great. The condo is a bit outdated , but it was clean and well stocked.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Breakers and the condo was perfect for just the two of us. Great location and walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the pool and ocean.

Bucket list location

Came to Hilton Head for my birthday and to check it off my bucket list. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the island. The food was amazing. Great Southern hospitality and so beautiful. The beaches are clean and loved walking along the shore. The accommodations were exactly as shown on line with easy accessibility to everything you want or need.
