The property is in a great location walkable to restaurants and shops in Coligney Plaza. It presented just as the photos indicated. The included beach bikes were a great bonus! Property Management communicated clearly and was very responsive. Long term rentals like me would benefit from additional kitchen towels & dish rags, updated deck furniture and plastic cocktail glasses (we purchased some and left for other guests). All in all loved our stay and plan a return.

All is nice and new, we very much enjoyed our stay. A suggestion: a further large pot and some more plates would be good, as well as a hot water kettle.

Great stay!

This property had everything we needed, was super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer available. We appreciated the little touches like the soaps and lotions and cute little bags. Having bikes and beach chairs available for our use was a big savings. When I called for a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved the same day while we were out.

Hilton Head South Carolina

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Loved having bikes and chairs for the beach which they came in handy. The condo was in great shape next to the pool with only a 5-10 bike ride to the beach. We would recommend this condo had everything you need except a toaster. No big deal though. Thank you The Noonans
