• Floor/Elevator: This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. The elevator is operated by the building management; availability is not guaranteed, and stairs may be required if it’s unavailable.
• Pet Policy (Hilton Head): We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and • ensure the fee is processed.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the unit.

The space is quite nice with a large family room. Master is a great size and the vaulted ceiling makes it feel huge. The location does seem to have the standard beach buggy and basic kids sand toys should you be wondering. The communication with the host is good.we spent 2 weeks here which is likely more than the average stay, and we had our 2 toddlers with us. The split rooms on the lower floor was great for that. The kitchen could do with a few prep knives and new pans. We ended up buying our own while there

Very nice property. Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and we had to bring very little supplies to cook our entire Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely stay again.
