Wonderful Experience Date of arrival - July 19, 2025

Looking for a great place to stay near Coligny Plaza and on the beach, consider this complex. Very clean, well-stocked and conveniently located accommodation. Two large pools with bars. Family friendly.2303 Seacrest did not disappoint. The owners thought of everything. I liked its location; very quiet with windows that made the room bright and cheery. Just across from Coligny Plaza. Very spacious with 1.5 baths, dining table for 4 with 4 additional spaces at kitchen bar. Management Company very easy to work with and started us off with a good amount of supplies.

Time away

I have seen this property for 25 years and enjoyed the ocean front pool and the Pool bar ajons. We have always wanted to stsy here and usually have 5 kids in tow. This wss a perfect place for us to enjoy the island and explore new options. Any issues we had were met woth immediate attention. We were well informed about the construction befire hand, and it did not bother us at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will happily book in thedure!

Location was superb, unit was extremely clean, management company called to make sure we understood the building was undergoing repair work, and we would not have access to the veranda and lagoon area, we were rarely bother by the work being done even when they were working on the veranda

Amazing Again

This is our second time staying at Seacrest. It’s a great property. The lagoon was drained for repairs which really took away from the beauty of the landscaping but other than that, a perfect vacation site.

Just as described

The room was just as described but I was surprised it was a little bigger than I thought. Everything was very clean and we loved the decor. Location was perfect, pools were great and we loved Jim pool bar located at the pool, prices and service was great. Our only complaint and it was a small one…. check in was a little confusing and wasn’t sure how to get to our room. We had another couple checking in at the same time and they were just as confused as we were. I would suggest a detailed map with parking garage, elevators and map with the info sent out. Balcony was small but we made it work and the elevators were down a few times but that’s all. I would absolutely stay here again. Loved so many things about this place.

Great location in Coligny Park

Great condo. Stayed there with husband and teenager son. It is clean, very short walk to shopping and steps away from beach. Condo very well stocked with everything we needed and supplies. Highly recommend.

Check in was easy. Vacation Company was very supportive. The space was open and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and games were available. Minor issues included a mattress in second bedroom having a dip in the middle, and no instructions on how to use the television. Secure parking and building.

Washer and Dryer did not work properly (did not rinse out water thoroughly; dryer had to be run 3 times on small loads) Bed was too high Bitten by insects ..bed bugs? Everything else ..dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, decor were very good.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo considering it is only a 1 bedroom. It was the perfect size for us and our 3 small kids (one being a baby that still sleeps in portable crib). Everything, including appliances, seem to be new and in great shape. The bed was so comfortable and our kids loved the pull out couch! The balcony is a little small, but fine for 2 adults and has a partial view of the ocean. It’s not a bad walk at all to the pools or beach and the grounds are kept very nicely. The beach got pretty crowded, but we expected that being so close to a large public beach. We would love to come back to this place!

Very Nice!

This property is as described. It was clean, quiet and well stocked! It is in a very busy section of Hilton Head with lots of activity. We enjoyed being able to walk to a few different restaurants, a little shopping and a grocery store. The bike paths are accessible right outside the building and bike riding on the beach is fantastic! We would stay here again.

Cute and clean condo

We love staying at SeaCrest. Perfect location. You can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This condo had absolutely everything you would need. It was immaculate and so cute. Bed was comfortable as well as the living room furniture. There was even a blender in the kitchen! Our week here was fabulous.

Loved this condo!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and I’m so glad we chose SeaCrest. The location was excellent! We parked our vehicle and walked to restaurants and stores all week. Everything you need is within steps from SeaCrest. We have a family of four. The condo provided a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Our youngest is still in a pack and play. The view of the beach is limited and the balcony is small, but that is my only complaint. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was very clean, the entire resort was very safe, and the pools were never overcrowded. Lifeguards were always present on the beach and we were able to rent chairs so we didn’t have to worry about packing anything back and forth to the beach everyday. The rental company was very great to communicate with and sent texts and emails to keep us up to date! I highly recommend this condo!
