Great condo and location

Our family has stayed at Seacloisters many times, but this was the first time we stayed in this condo. Anne was a great communicator, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to beach and pool. The balcony was nice. Our only complaint was trimming of Palm trees for two whole days of our trip.

Beautiful view but cleanliness and condition could use work

The view of the beach is great. Everything we wanted to see on the island were on the other side so highly recommend a rental car. The place had many nonobvious issues - rusting doors in bathroom, peeling paint in bathroom, crooked shelves, and just generally superficially nice. Most notable though, it was not very well cleaned. Two of my guests had makeup on their pillow cases like they weren’t washed at all. The comforters were also dirty. I would add the usual small niceties were lacking - no coffee or any little touches whatsoever, poor toiletries, and no personalized recommendations. Definitely not a place we’d stay again. The beach chairs were nice though.

Very disappointing

The unit definitely did not feel like it had been cleaned well at all. The dishes in the cabinet had food on them, the floors were very dirty and even had hair on them. The shower had a used bar of soap in it. Both bathrooms were not cleaned well. The beds in the room with two beds were very uncomfortable and very squeaky. There was no toaster. We have stayed with VRBO for 20 years and have never had a problem until this unit.

Great stay.

Wonderful location overlooking the pool with the ocean beyond. All the amenities that you would need. Very clean. Never was able to get the TV turned on, but I didn’t call about it since I was always on the go. Would definitely stay again.

Cute condo with a view

We really enjoyed our stay 213 Sea Cloister. It was a last minute getaway for us and the property manager was so nice and worked with us on an earlier arrival time. The condo was just as described and the view of the pool area and the ocean was perfect. We usually stay on the south end but this will be where we stay moving forward for the north end. We rented bikes and rode all the way to the north end of the island. It's close to Coco's on the beach, Shelter Cove, and the outlets. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We have stayed in Hilton Head several times but this was by far our favorite place we have stayed! We had everything we needed in this unit. Super clean, quite complex, wonderful view, nice pool, friendly people. We will definitely be back!

Property had a few broken items, coffee pot, towel bars, pictures hanging on the walls, doors to washer and dryer, and a window. There were no grab bars in either shower which made it difficult for our most senior traveler to bathe. The property manager promptly returned my call and did her best to take care of the broken coffee maker. She also addressed our cleaning issue.
