Overlooking the 10th, 16th, and 17th hole of Harbour Town Golf Links, this updated 3-bedroom townhome also showcases a peek-a-boo view of the Calibouge Sound off the back deck. Greeted with an open floor plan as soon as you step in the front door - enjoy an updated kitchen perfect for entertaining. A big bonus is that you are just steps away from the community pool!

Beginning on May 5, 2025, two weeks after the finish of this year’s RBC Heritage, the world-famous, Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links will close for an extensive restoration project. This project has a tentative completion date of November 2025. Views of the course may be obstructed as course maintenance will be taking place 5-7 days a week.
