The spacious, open-concept Great Room, which includes the living room, kitchen, and dining room, is perfect for hanging out, preparing meals, playing games, or watching TV. The well-equipped kitchen comes stocked with essential pantry items, a Coffee & Tea Station, storage containers, ceramic & plastic dishware, and wine glasses, to name a few. It also has paper towels, dish soap & sponge, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies.

Each floor of the home features a bathroom and a bedroom, providing a convenient layout for parents with kids, multi-generational families, or two couples/singles traveling together. The bathrooms are well-stocked with essentials, including towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and a makeup removal station. The house has 300 Mb/s WiFi throughout and a desk in the upstairs bedroom for when you need to work remotely.

There is a lovely lanai with fantastic jungle views, perfect for a relaxing morning or evening nightcap. The property has hibiscus, bamboo, banana trees, an avocado tree, and other tropical plants. In the carport, you will find all the necessities for a fabulous day at the beach, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, a cooler, an umbrella, and boogie boards. Beach towels are stored in the linen closet.
