Very clean, spacious, nice, family-friendly. Great location as long as you don't mind being right across from a cemetery and on a mildly busy road (we didn't). Hot tub was also clean, they also had board games, nice deck. Only complaints were the towel rods lacking/lose and king and queen beds were pretty squeaky.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well supplied. It was also in a very good location for getting to all the sights in the area. We also realy enjoyed having the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing.

Great location. Plenty of towels.Everything was clean and nice except the hot tub. The hot tub was super dirty an we were unable to use it. They did come clean it and were finished about 8:30 pm on our last night. We stayed 6 nights. No discount was offered even though we couldn’t use the hot tub, while I am sure that amenity was included in the price. 3 star given for this reason only, as the hot tub was one of the factors we booked this rental.

Hill City Get-away

Very nice place, easy to get to from Hill City, can walk to town (except no sidewalks and a bit of a hill coming back), the traffic on the road in front was not bad; weather was perfect. Enjoyed a lot of what the Hill City area offered, including a hike to top of Crazy Horse.

Great stay

Great stay for the BBQ team while we were in town for competition. The location is perfect - just outside of town but very very close. Lots of space. Comfortable beds and the hot tub was great to relax in. Highly recommend this place. Definitely consider staying here.

We had a good time and enjoyed this house. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of seating for relaxing and the kitchen is roomy and makes for easy meal prep.

Home away from home

We had another enjoyable time here. It was perfect for our family. We had an issue with the hot tub when we got there but it was taken care of right away, and we were able to enjoy the hot tub all week. We’ll be back next summer!

Lovely property in perfect location

Clean, well-stocked house with gorgeous view, quiet neighborhood just up the road from downtown Hill City, perfect location for seeing all the Black Hills sights. Super hosts, too!

We enjoyed the proximity to town, while still quiet. The facilities, bath, shower, excellent! The kitchen is well stocked and beautiful. The deck relaxing. Hope to come back again!

Great place for our group trip!

This cabin was great. It was the right amount of room for the 8 of us. We were able to navigate to the trails easily. The cabin was very clean and plenty of utensils and linens for everyone. Any questions we had were answered right away. We would definitely stay here again.
