ネット予約でスムーズにチェックイン。 駐車場は広く止めやすい。 部屋はツインで広さ問題無し。 大浴場は行った時間は貸切状態でのんびり。 部屋にコーヒーの用意が無かったが一階にドトールのコーヒーマシーンがありこれはこれで良かった。 月曜日の朝だからか朝食もゆっくり食べれた。 他の地域でもルートインを使ってみようと思った。

観光で2泊しました。お部屋が思ったより広く清潔で快適でした。ベッドも適度な硬さでぐっすり眠れました。 気になった点が2点。 同伴者の希望で喫煙可の部屋を予約しましたが私自身は嫌煙タイプなので、部屋の中は仕方ないと思いますが廊下全体の煙草臭がとても気になりました。最初から禁煙の部屋にすればよかったと思いました。 大浴場(女性)はとてもよいお湯でしたが、洗い場が4つ、お風呂も4人入れる？知らない人同士で入るには狭くない？という感じで、これ大浴場じゃなくて小浴場だよ…と思いました。一人で入るには十分ですが、二人、三人と人が増えるとなんとなく急いで出なくちゃ、と感じました。脱衣所も脱衣カゴは十分あるのですがなんとなく使いづらく、気を遣って急いで身支度したりして、ゆっくりしたいのになんだか落ち着かないなー、というのが正直な感想です。2回利用しましたが、2回とも思いました。男性の方はどういう雰囲気か分かりません。ただ、お部屋でお風呂の混み具合が見られるのは便利だなと思いました。 よかった点 なんといっても朝食の種類が豊富で美味しい。私はパンなど洋食派、同伴者はご飯に納豆の和食派ですがどちらも大満足で、ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいます。朝6時から利用できるとのことでしたが、6時に行っても少し並んで待つ感じでした。 昼間に観光で出掛けている間に、タオル交換サービスがあると最初にフロントの方から説明があったのですが、別に交換してもらわなくてもいいよねと思い、部屋に入らなくて大丈夫ですの札を貼って出掛けました。帰ってきたらうちのドアのノブに新品のタオルや部屋着が入った袋が２つ下げられていてびっくりしました。ちゃんと部屋に入らないでくれたんだ、でも綺麗なタオルを用意してくれたんだと思い恐縮しました。 夜の食事で出かけるときに、ホテルの送迎サービスを利用させてもらいました。ありがたかったです。運転された方と雑談していた時に「ここら辺は彦根城くらいしか観るものがなくて…」と謙遜されていましたが、いやいや、びわ湖と彦根城で充分でしょう‼︎と思いました。景色もよく食事も美味しく住みやすそうでいいところだなぁと思いました。また機会がありましたらぜひまたお願いします。お世話になりました。よい旅になりました。
