The rooms are not as advertised. I booked a sea and pool view room but could not see either as there was a huge tree outside the balcony blocking the view. It is advertised as having free wifi but there is no wifi anywhere apart from in reception. They said they were upgraded it but there was none to upgrade.They were in the process of installing it. They also advertise a 40" tv with cable channels. The tv was about 28" and only had one local channel. My husband was recuperating after an operation so wanted wifi and tv. The hotel eventually moved us after a complaint to Expedia and gave us a router. Still we had no tv despite being promised every day that we would have it. The staff had no interest in the comfort of guests. There are glass panels between the rooms and the hall, so light emitted into the room all night. The pool was lovely and the pool.guy was very helpful. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. You do not get what you pay for.

Hotellet er gammelt og dårlig isolert, mye støy. Rommet var møkkete og det var flekker på både håndklær og sengesett. Personalet var lite behjelpelig og kunne lite engelsk. Frokosten var veldig dårlig. Flott lokasjon, men hold dere unna.

Past its Glory Days

The hotel is really worn and shabby. The room service is very friendly, but they had huge difficulties in delivering clean towels to the room. They took away the used towels, but did not put anything to replace! The pool area is small and messy, sun beds are often broken and always untidy. Pool towels are worn and not enough. The beds are reserved during the night (!) so cannot even get ones if one would want. Did not dare to try any of their food services. The front desk service is very friendly. The hotel DESPERATELY needs a renovation and a full face lift. There is NO wi-fi in the rooms, or the pool area, only in the lobby. SO NOT GOOD.

Hotellet var ok men det var inte mysigt att ligga vid poolen eftersom solstolarna var omringade av fåglar. Det va nära havet men man kunde inte bada vid hotellet för det låg ett stort rev där. Hotellet hade endast wifi i lobbyn som inte fungerade särskilt bra, stort minus för det. Rummen var i okej skick och det fanns en minikyl vilket var bra. Vi hängde bara på hotellet när vi behövde annars var vi någon annanstans och hängde. Det låg lära alla restauranger, barer och shopping. Det var mest äldre personer på hotellet 50+ mestadels från Ryssland och Tyskland.
