LIVING ROOM: Sit anywhere and watch the river, wildlife, boats, and sunrise out the abundance of windows. Wood burning fireplace. Cassina Sofa, Eames Chair, Saarinen Chairs. Sliding doors open to the sprawling deck. Projector & 100” Screen for watching movies. High ceilings.

CHEF’S KITCHEN: Viking Stove & Oven. Huge Viking Refrigerator. Bosch Dishwasher. Marble Counters. High quality kitchenware for all your cooking needs: Moccamaster 10-cup Coffee Maker from the Netherlands, Cuisinart Pots & Pans, Global Knives, Dualit Toaster, Vitamix, Kitchenaid Mixer, Microwave (in laundry room), Electric Kettle, Cutting board, Baking Pans, White Porcelain Dinnerware, Wineglasses, Mugs, Utensils, Popcorn Air Popper.

DINING: Table seats 8 (set up for 6 currently, but just add two arm chairs, as needed).

MAIN BEDROOM: Massive room. King Bed. Wall of windows open to the deck and waterfront. Gas Fireplace (turn on with remote), and sitting area. For the king bed, I have obsessively curated the best of everything to make it the most luxurious cloud of a bed. We're talking a light as air, heirloom quality Bavarian 100% goose down comforter from Feathered Friends, with no crinkly sounds. The fluffiest, award-winning 100% goose down pillows - from Kassatex and Parachute - like sleeping on whipped cream. And long staple Italian cotton percale sheets. Wake up to the sunrise.

MAIN BATHROOM: Soaking tub, walk-in rain shower with river views, arched mirror that reflects the river while you brush your teeth, Super Plush Towels by Brooklinen, terrazzo tile, double sinks, soaring ceilings. Total luxury.

QUEEN ROOM / WORK DESK AREA: 100% goose down Feathered Friends down comforter. Cozy Earth Duvet Cover. 100% luxury cotton supima sheets. Windowed desk area for working, if you must. Plenty of natural light for Zooms.

HALLWAY FULL BATH: Tub with rain shower. Spacious, lovely, and pristine clean.

DECK: Hammock Chairs, Table for 8, Seating area, Grill/Smoker. Enjoy miles of majestic views, never ending sky, flocks of birds, peaceful cloud formations, gorgeous trees, the magical sounds of birds and insects, and a meadow below. See Eagles fly by regularly, crew tournaments, boats and trains in the distance, foxes playing in the meadow, storms rolling in (very exciting!), views of the Walkway Over the Hudson. The best part is the scenery and the water - always changing color. It’s breathtaking every minute of the day.

TWIN ROOM + SITTING AREA: two stackable twin beds, a VERY comfortable and deep Knoll Sofa, 2 comfy modern leather chairs, an eating / working table (vintage Knoll), a projector and 100" Projector screen.

FULL BATHROOM: A pristine full bathroom, equipped with all essentials: Super Plush Towels from Brooklinen, hair dryer and clothes steamer.

LOWER PORCH: 2 comfortable loveseats and a million dollar view!! It's the perfect place for reading, relaxing, meditating, drinking your morning cup, hearing the morning & night time sounds, and enjoying the expansive river view! Alpaca wool blankets available to keep you cozy in the cooler months while you enjoy the view.
