あらかじめ口コミを参考にして伺ったので、施設の古さなど承知の上でしたので、さほど気になりませんでしたが、それでもそろそろ室内のリニューアルされたらいいのになあ・・という具合です。 あいにくの雨続きでせっかくのオーシャンビューを楽しめませんでしたが、晴れたらかなりの美しさだと思います。 ウェルカムおでんやかき氷、飲み物飲み放題、露天風呂、屋内プール、バーで飲み放題、卓球と、ホテル内で楽しめました。従業員の方々は口コミ通り海外の方々でしたが、不真面目な日本人よりよっぽど笑顔で、丁寧に、しっかりとしたお仕事をされていました。また機会が有れば泊まりたいです。

シンプルなおもてなしが心地よい。

従業員の方がほぼ全て外国の方。しかし、日本のおもてなしを純粋に努めて下さるところに心温まる。 大浴場にはボディシャンプ－、シャンプーリンスはあるが、アメニティは最低限(歯ブラシぐらい)。各部屋で必要な物(ポット、浴衣)は受付で借りれる。近隣にはコンビニがないので、必要な物は揃えて持っていく必要あるが･･･とてもシンプルで過度のサービスなし。心地よい潔さを感じる。

最大で最高なだけに目立つところが、、、

サービスは素晴らしかったです。 露天風呂も最高でした。 部屋の窓から見えるパノラマビューの海も雄大で最高でした。 ただ、一階のお土産売り場の稼働してなさが目立ちました。ここは是非、改善して欲しいです。高速のサービス売り場でのワクワク感が有れば、相当改善されると思いました。

部屋からの景色がいい。

大きな露天風呂も良かったですが、少し遠いです。 大浴場は露天では無いですが、大きな窓から海と大島が一望できてゆっくり入る事が出来ます。 部屋からの景色も最高で、お天気が良かったので、大島から昇る朝日がとても綺麗でした。 朝食のみのプランでしたが、品数が多くて、豪華ではないですが海鮮丼も作れて美味しかったです。 宿のコロナ対策はきちんとされていて、除菌シートや注意書きをチェックイン時に配布されました。 が、客の中にはマスクをしないでバイキングを取りに行ったり、館内をマスク無しで話しながら歩く人もいたのは残念でした。

部屋が古くて、改装途中という感じでしたが、ホテル自慢の露天風呂は最高でした。また、ハッピーアワーの生ビール、ワインの飲み放題やカラオケルームの貸切50分無料などのサービスは良かったです。目の前は海で、部屋からの景色は絶景でした。

子供2人と4人家族で宿泊しました。1Fロビーでは、お酒やコーヒー類、温泉まんじゅうの飲み食べ放題があり、夜間には鳥雑炊までサービスになるとの事で、有り難かったです。大浴場前には、アイスキャンディーもありました！ 施設全体は、清掃が行き届き綺麗でした。子供も多く、気兼ねなく過ごしました。 朝食バイキングも、8時頃行きましたがその時は空いていました。海鮮丼が美味しかったです！！ 是非、また行きたいです！

露天風呂がいい！

紅茶、ココア、抹茶オレなどフリードリンクのカウンターのサービスが良い！ こんな状況なので嫌がる方いるかもしれませんが美味しくいただきました。 温泉を出た後のアイスの無料サービスなど、 露天風呂、少し歩きますが入るべき！ 片方の景色が良い方に当たればラッキーです。

コストパフォーマンスが素晴らしい。この値段で、絶景の海を見下ろす大浴場もあれば、見たこともないくらい大きな露天風呂もある。コーヒー無料サービスや夜のラーメンの振る舞いも良かったですね。従業員は外国人が多いですが、ホスピタリティが素晴らしかったですね。
